Disappointing
The place that I got my MRI wasn’t aware of what my booking was. Thankfully there was no hold up.
I had a 10 minute voice call for my results. The results should have been emailed to me first and a Zoom video chat should have occurred to go through the findings thoroughly. The call was extremely rushed.

ONE MRI staff were all great. Very helpful and informative. A bit stressful at the time of having the MRI - you really are in there for an hour, completely still. The radiographer was not very helpful or informative, just t expected me to know what was required. Never had this before so was unsure.

Would have given five stars as I did…
Would have given five stars as I did enjoy the experience and the way the results were handled. However I did think it would go below my hips so I could see if I have a lower back or hip problem but it stopped just above.

Professional and timely
Professional and timely. I think overall experience of an hour long MRI was very hard to handle but thats the process.
The booking process was professional and informative. Staff on the day were great. Followthrough was quick and informative that has allowed me to take this information and move forward with my own GP. If you are in you 50s, can afford it, then a full body MRI is an important tool for early detection.
