Great service, but slow start

service was fast
service was fast, although I could not verify my witnesses because they were not American Citizens. Apparently, only US citizens can be witnesses, which kind of defeats the purpose of international notarization. Anyhow, we had to only pay a small fee for the provided witnesses.

Regarding your witnesses, the requirement isn't specifically about U.S. citizenship — it's that identity verification (KBA) requires a U.S. Social Security Number and a U.S. address to generate the necessary verification questions. Participants who have a U.S. SSN and U.S. address are able to complete identity verification.

Great experience
Great experience, had to wait a few minutes to be connected to a notary but once through it was a simple process. I was needing a document notarised in the US, but I am currently a British Citizen living in England - using this service was very useful.
