Thank you so much for your feedback, and we're really glad to hear the notaries were kind and helpful throughout the process.

We understand the session took much longer than expected, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration that caused.
Looking into your session, we saw that the total session time was 80 minutes. This included your specific request for a Florida notary, which added about 23 minutes for reassignment, along with the time needed to carefully review and notarize your 70+ page document page by page to ensure everything was completed accurately.

While this did contribute to a longer session overall, we understand that it was still a significant amount of time, and we're sorry for the experience this created.

Thank you so much for sharing this detailed feedback, and we're really glad to hear that both notaries provided excellent service — that's exactly the experience we aim for.

We'd also like to clarify that your first notarization attempt was unsuccessful because the driver's license used for identity verification had expired, which is why the notary was unable to proceed at that time.

To address your two points:

1. Photo ID options: U.S. citizens can upload a Driver's License, State ID, Passport, Passport Card, Permanent Resident Card, or Work Permit. Non-U.S. citizens are only able to upload their passport for identity verification.

2. Country/address selection: For identity verification (KBA), a U.S.-based address is required, since this is what allows the system to generate the necessary verification questions. Unfortunately, an address outside the U.S. (such as Mexico) can't be used for this step.

We're sorry for the frustration and lost time this caused on your first attempt, and we appreciate you taking the time to report it in such detail — this kind of feedback genuinely helps us improve.

Also, please note that you are not charged unless your session is successfully completed — so the first attempt would not have resulted in any charge.
