Sent on time reasonably priced and a lovely quality.

Absolutely love my new letterbox. Looks very stylish and modern. Website was easy to navigate and choose which design suited my house best. Loved the option of having my address put onto it. Great communication and reply to emails. Super fast delivery. Loved the fact there was a template to fix where the holes needed to be drilled made it really easy to install. Overall great product and company to deal with.

We required a personalised drawing for a 60th birthday present. It came as requested plus I changed a last minute detail & Steph was excellent.
Received wrapped & ready.
Highly recommend

Lovely modern design whose detailing somehow fits with our Georgian house; probably the clean, regular lines. Delivered really quickly.

Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with both the product and the customer service I received.

The personalised names on the doormat I ordered were extremely difficult to read and clearly not as expected. I contacted the company to raise the issue, expecting them to put the problem right, but rather than offering a replacement, I was told I would need to pay again, albeit at a slightly discounted price, for what was essentially their error.

When I questioned this and asked for a replacement, my emails were simply stopped being answered. I find this particularly disappointing and unprofessional.

Mistakes can happen, but I would expect a company to take responsibility and resolve the issue rather than asking the customer to pay again and then ignoring further correspondence.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from this company.

So happy with my door sign. Quick delivery and very well made. Thankyou

Fantastic service, fabulous product, exactly what I was looking for to signpost my business. Would highly recommend and will certainly be using again. Thank you.

Excellent product. Well made and great price. Efficient customer service. Speedy delivery.

love it super fast delivery too thankyou x

My son bought me a lovely house sign as a gift, I liked it so much I bought another one for the other gate, and was impressed with the speed with which it was delivered. Nice price, great service, thank you!

Great product, great price, fast delivery

Product is great. It’s minimal with nice symmetry. I wasn’t looking for flowery or detailed.
Our estate is pretty dark at night and the product is nicely backlit.
Never sure about buying online but this was so worth it

Love the number plate for our house. Very good quality. Arrived well packaged with clear instructions.
Communication was very good with daily updates. I will certainly order from them again. Well done.

Absolutely brilliant, lovely design lights up nice and bright.

Superb quality and design

This is my second purchase, I bought one when I moved in to my current address and buying a second for our new home!

Great product, quality item at a good price. Solar panel saves having to get an electrician to hardwire it to a switch etc to illuminate!
