I’m extremely disappointed with the registration process and customer support experience.
I was unable to create an account because the SMS verification code simply never arrived. Instead of receiving real help, I was put through repetitive scripted responses asking for the same basic information again and again, without any actual resolution.
The support process feels unnecessarily slow and rigid, with no real ability to escalate issues that clearly block new users from even accessing the service. As a result, I’ve been completely unable to register or use the platform at all.
It is hard to build trust in a company when something as basic as account registration does not work and the issue cannot be resolved efficiently. I hope the company seriously improves both its onboarding systems and customer support structure, because at the moment the experience is very frustrating and discouraging for new users.

I purchased a Oneplus 15R and sent my Oneplus 13 as part of the trade in service, the previous year i done the same and they classified my phone as Grade C which was incorrect but i let it go, this time before i posted my phone i got it professionally inspected at an electronic store who classified it as Grade A used, so i posted the phone, can you imagine my dismay when Mondo Affari who are the trad ein service Oneplus use contacted me to say my phone is classified as Grade C again and offered me €176, i refuted this and put in a complaint but they will not budge on this, so i cannot stress enough do not send your phone to Oneplus as part of a trade in, they will only try and scam you, my oneplus 13 is in pristine condition and as i said it was classified as Grade A condition after i paid to have it professional inspected at an electronics store, so in future i will just sell this phone myself , under no circumstances use this service, they are scammers.

If you purchased the OP15, check that you haven't been vastly overcharged.
The phones are fine, in fact they're great, the company however is fraudulent.
I paid an advance deposit for the OP15 which gives me a device discount and discount on additional items. Did they give ths discount? Nope it was a scam, they showed a confirmation on screen of the discounted price but when i went to make a payment on the balance they tried to charge hundreds of pounds more without the discount the deposit earned me.
Customer service was useless claiming I had the discount but screenshots from my account show this is nothing but a lie. Also email confirmation took 7 hours to come through, likely so that people in a rush wouldn't see they had been overcharged. I am sorry but this behaviour is nothing short of illegal.
Waiting for a refund but no idea of the timescale as there email confirmations don't come through on time and they don't answer the phone. I love the devices but they have recently started to behave like one big scam.
Stay clear of this company.

Aufgrund meiner kürzlichen Erfahrungen mit der marke OnePlus möchte ich nun zukünftigen Kunden hiervor warnen.
Im Zuge des Winter Lauch Events zum OnePlus13 habe ich mich für den Kauf eines solchen Gerätes endschieden. Unter Anderem weil die hohe Stabilität des Displays, auch Visuell, beworben wurde.
Um es Kurz zu halten:
Das genaue Gegenteil ist der Fall.
Ich habe den Kundenservice kontaktiert, der mir erst versucht hat weis zu machen, dass ich mein Gerät erst wegschicken muss, bevor man mir sagen kann, ob hier ein garantiefall vor liegt oder nicht.
Das ist schonmal die erste Masche die die Hemmschwelle lockern soll eine teure Reparatur einzuwilligen.
Ich hatte alles genau dokumentiert Beweise vorgelegt und sogar mikroskopische Aufnahmen des Schadens eingereicht, weshalb ich auf eine Aussage zur zu den eventuell anfallenden Kosten bestanden habe.
Und man konnte mir plötzlich dann doch mit Absprache der "Fachabteilung" mitteilen, dass keine physikalischen Schäden von der Garantie gedeckt sind.
Keine physikalischen Schäden bedeutet, dass sie mit dieser aussage ihre Garantie-Verpflichtungen nahezu vollständig umgehen. Alles was nicht Sofwareschäden sind ist ausgeschlossen und, dass ist nach solchen Versprechungen aus dem Lauch Event eine absolute Unverschämtheit.
ich habe mich dazu hinreisen lassen einen zweiten Stern zu vergeben weil das Gerät in meinen Augen sonst vollkommen ausreichend ist.
Aber sich vor der Garantie so zu drücken ist schon fast kriminell.
Ich rate dringlichst davon ab sich "Flaggschiffe" von Firmen zu kaufen die solche Praktiken anwenden.

These makers of phones should give detail discription of any update.i bought tablet not long ago I've been avoiding any update because of new restrictions in the firmware.one pluse sneaked There latest up date in to my tablet.ive now got android 14 which I was trying to avoid.There Bang out of order and I will be complaining to the personally I want THEM to REMOVE IT..or refund and take this tablet back.its out of order these phone companies should do the same show any up discription To give the OWNER the choices if they want it or not...one pluse being naughty again..the android tv box maker.must except the person's choice of firmware. They keep trying to kill my andriod box because I'm running 5.1.1 firmware on and it's staying in it IT running fine on 5.1.1 no crap no restrictions.goigle play updates come with discription of any up dates..I think phone companies should do the same especially if it firmware related

Really disappointed with OnePlus customer service. My delivery was mishandled by their courier, DHL—wrong delivery date, confusing tracking, and I had to collect it myself despite requesting redelivery. The delivery person didn’t even ask me to check the parcel as OnePlus claims is policy. I raised a complaint and was offered a £10 voucher, which doesn’t come close to compensating for the hassle. Follow-up emails have since been ignored. I won’t be buying from OnePlus again—clearly, they don’t care about their customers once they’ve made the sale.
Little schemes to make money and avoid the laws
I've ordered a new phone and a few accessories that they advertise as nice and with discount. I've received the order and the wireless charger they have is not according to my expectations. I have 14 days for returning the products by law but on their website the option is disabled. On the customer support via chat they started by telling me the order was with another retailer and they couldn't do a thing. After insisting it was on their website and providing details (already way too long on this by now) it was mentioned I could start the return process but that I had to return all products on the order including the phone I've already spent time configuring. All this seems they are trying in theory to say they satisfy all boxes of customer law in the EU but in practice putting barriers for preventing people from doing it.
ONEPLUS: LOS ESTAFADORES (NO LES COMPREIS)
Os voy a escribir el mensaje que les he enviado a Oneplus tras llevarme varias semanas mareándome y engañándome:
ANOVO es vuestro servicio técnico oficial, es al que dirigís al cliente cuando tiene que reparar el dispositivo en garantía (Lo decís tanto por teléfono cómo en vuestra página web)
Oneplus y ANOVO trabajan mano a mano ya que es el servicio técnico oficial de Oneplus.
El 11/05/2022 compré un dispositivo Oneplus, concretamente el Oneplus Nord 2 5G EU 128GB Blue, el cual tiene 3 años de garantía por parte del fabricante ya que cómo bien indica la ley, cualquier producto comprado a partir del 01/01/2022 pasa a tener 3 años de garantía.
Esta garantía, cómo indica la ley, protege al comprador dándole al cual el poder de elegir:
- Recibir el reembolso íntegro de lo que pagó por el producto
- Sustitución de su producto (en este caso un teléfono móvil) por uno nuevo igual o de características superiores
- O la reparación del mismo en un centro de reparación oficial de la marca
Llamé al número de atención al cliente de Oneplus, el cual me solicitó el IMEI de mi dispositivo y verificó que efectivamente sigue en garantía. Me dijisteis que no hacía falta entregar ninguna factura a ANOVO (vuestro servicio técnico oficial) ya que con el IMEI del dispositivo se comprueba la fecha de activación del mismo y por tanto se verifica cuando empieza la garantía.
Llamé a ANOVO y me dijo que, sin problema, que con el IMEI ya les valía y que mi dispositivo estaba en garantía (ya que la garantía es hasta el 14/05/2025, es decir, todavía le quedan 9 meses de garantía para ser exactos).
Tras enviarle mi móvil, impoluto y super bien protegido (Grabé los videos de como embalaba y protegía el móvil para su envió, ya que no me fio de la mala praxis de ustedes), me encuentro que a los 2 días aproximadamente me envían un presupuesto de reparación, a lo cual tras recibirlo le llamé ya que no tengo que pagar nada porque mi móvil está en garantía. Ellos en esa llamada me dicen que, aunque efectivamente mi móvil está en garantía porque está dentro del plazo de la misma, me dicen que para que ustedes lo aprueben tengo que adjuntarle la factura de compra (Cuando en su momento tanto ustedes como ellos me dijisteis que no hacía falta, que valía con el IMEI del móvil). Igualmente procedo a pedirle la factura al vendedor y a enviársela a ANOVO el jueves día 08/08/2024, tras no recibir respuesta de ellos llamé al día siguiente 09/08/2024 y les volví a enviar la factura (la persona de atención al cliente de ANOVO verificó que le llegó correctamente).
Me dicen que con esa factura se pondrían en contacto con ustedes. Cómo desde el día 09/08/2024 seguía sin recibir una actualización de la situación les llamé la semana siguiente (esta semana) el martes día 13/08/2024 y me dicen los de ANOVO que ustedes han rechazado la factura que les envié porque no aparece el I.V.A, a lo cual yo les respondo que por ley no tendría ni que enviaros la factura para que se haga efectiva la garantía (Todo esto viene bien indicado en el B.O.E (Boletín Oficial del Estado))
Hoy día 14/08/2024 procedo a volver a llamar en primer lugar a ANOVO, el cual me dice que os va a preguntara ustedes por el tema de hacer efectiva la garantía a través del IMEI. Seguidamente os llamo a ustedes y os cuento la situación y lo que me decís es que ANOVO es una empresa externa y que no sabéis que hacer (Cosa surrealista porque ANOVO es vuestro Servicio Técnico Oficial, el cual redirigís a vuestros clientes cuando tienen que hacer uso de su garantía).
Esta situación es insostenible, estoy sin mi dispositivo móvil (me lo teméis retenido), no cumplís con la ley, no solucionáis el problema. Esto me está afectando tanto a mi vida profesional cómo personal, ya que por un lado estoy perdiendo dinero por no poder hacer gestiones de mi trabajo las cuales dependen de mi dispositivo móvil y por otro lado no me puedo ir de vacaciones porque no puedo ir sin móvil, ya que en él tengo mis datos, cuentas bancarias asociadas, billetes…
A todo esto: Tengo TODAS las llamadas tanto con ustedes cómo con ANOVO desde el primer día GRABADAS (Y sí, es LEGAL grabar las llamas ya que participo de manera activa en ellas, cómo bien se indica en el B.O.E (Boletín Oficial del Estado)), ya que con estas llamadas tengo las pruebas de la mala praxis tanto de Oneplus como de ANOVO.
Si no hacéis esto (Cumplir la ley) tomaré las siguientes medidas legales:
- Denuncia en la policía nacional
- Denuncia en la OCU
- Denuncia en la CNMV
Además, haré pública toda la situación a través de:
- Abriré foros en: Forocoches, Reddit, Chollómetro…
- Abriré hilos en: Facebook, Twitter (X)…
- Haré vídeos en: YouTube, Instagram, TikTok…
Espero una respuesta inmediata.

when I asked for the firmware of the phone they said it wasn't available, even if I have bought the phone, that's unacceptable. the only way to use their phones is by unlocking them and installing a custom rom, otherwise they are unusable and buggy

Oneplus customer service is abysmal. I will never buy from them again and strongly advise against anyone doing so. Order cancelled May9th 2023. Reepatedly. No refund. Oneplus attemoted to take trade-in moneyfrom my bank account more than 25 times despite repeated contact and return of purchase. Then they threatened my credit rating. (and also informing me that I may not be able to buy from them again 🙏!) Item cancelled so no trade-in required. Customer service just spout woolly waffle about trusting the process 😂 what process? Item returned intact and sealed on 6th July. Now August 7th and no refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Untrustworthy company
I have had multiple OnePlus phones in the past and customer service has been ok. I currently have a OnePlus 5 and am looking to update my phone. I decided to buy a phone for my father and use their trade in offer. The trade in offered for the phone was not honoured without a reasonable explanation. When I called up for the reasons they claimed the phone returned was faulty. This is definitely not the case as the phone was being used up until the day it was returned. I would not buy from this company if you intend to trade in an older device.

I've owned 2 OnePlus phones since 2018 and loved them both. When the 11 came out I decided to upgrade. They said I could trade in my latest phone, and quoted me a price for it. This made the deal much better of course. I made the purchase, including my discount. I returned the old phone and a few days later received a message saying that my phone was account locked, so it had now value and my discount was now denied. Since I have used my old phone on at least 4 different providers in 3 different countries, I didn't understand what they were talking about. In the meantime, the new phone arrived. I didn't open the new phone (stayed in original package) while I was emailing the company about my old phone. I finally gave up after about a week because they never really answered my question, except by using a different set of words. (may be I'm too dense). During this time, I guess the clock was running on my ability to return the new phone, since the discount of my old phone was denied. However, I didn't realize that. So finally, after giving up on the support with OnePlus, I asked to return the phone. But I just received a message saying my return window has now expired. So I'm unhappy with the company.
Quality went bad
Quality went s**t, every update there's something broken, the other day I woke up and my phone was locked asking for decryption password that's never been set, with one of previous updates many users experienced wifi connectivity issues (me included) which weren't solved for like over a year... AVOID AT ALL COST!

Not the same company i dealt with 6 years ago. When purchasing the OnePlus phone from OnePlus website, i chose their warranty package. Phone (in warranty) is being serviced by their supplier. As soon as the phone was received by the support supplier, asked for 200+ euro (parts out of warranty) i payed and have heard little from them since. Status keeps changing from 'pending spare parts' to 'parts delivered'. I have purchased a number of phones over the years, where i have had great customer experience, but now it looks like i have no phone and am down 200+ euro. OnePlus have not taken ownership of this issue even after purchasing their plan.

Ordered the OnePlus 10T on Friday the 9th of September, with next day priority delivery, which I paid extra for.. it's now the 12th of September.. and OnePlus still hasn't shipped the device I paid for to DPD winnit.. DPD within chat even says they haven't received the shipment.. so how exactly is the device I paid for going to reach me within the next 5 hours.. if OnePlus haven't even sent it to DPD.. it's impossible.. I even paid for priority delivery with DPD on top of the priority shipping I paid for..
Not happy at all.. I expect an explanation.. on my order status on my OnePlus account the device shows as being prepared etc.. not shipped.. I have no tracking updates.. nothing.. I spoke to OnePlus after placing the order on the 9th of September and they slipped up and said something about a possible hold on my order.. and then completely switched the conversation to another topic.. saying I would definitely recieve the phone today.. I brought up about paying for next day delivery / priority delivery.. they not only acknowledged that I had paid for the priority delivery, but made an excuse about a hold or something, then like I said switched the topic saying it would be with me by today... If I don't get the device today, I expect a refund for the VIP DPD delivery I paid for.. not to mention the refund I let slide for the priority next day shipping that never happened..
It's all fine though taking money out of my bank account.. but if I'm not receiving what I've paid for.. that is literal fraud.. Of course I will get a reply with an excuse but this isn't right.. I have recently been a loyal OnePlus customer.. I've recommended their devices to everyone I know.. because I recently purchased the OnePlus 9 pro second hand.. and I loved the device.. I had the OnePlus 6T back when that was released.. and I also had the OnePlus 3T.. I always came back.. and this is how I'm treated..
If this item isn't dispatched soon.. I will be opening a fraud enquiry with my bank..

Comprei um OnePlus Nord2 5G e o telefone vem com o 5G desativado para Portugal. Já abri pedidos no suporte e dizem que vão corrigir, mas o telefone está há um ano no mercado e continua a ser um telefone apenas com suporte a 4G.
Há uma total falta de consideração pelos clientes portugueses e deveriam ser proibidos de anunciar como sendo um telefone 5G se depois não ativam esse suporte.
A evitar comprar desta marca. Para mim foi a última vez.
