Tried contacting their customer support…

Tried contacting their customer support about a newly bought DAC (FiiO KA1) that the phone would not recognize, i proceeded to have the worst customer support experience of my life with what sounded like a teenager with absolutely no IT experience, at all.. just reading up from a script which ended at the conclusion that the accessory i bought has compatibility issues...

If OnePlus is not capable of designing a phone without a jack output and make it compatible with external DACs... Well that's something alright...

I'm never getting a OnePlus again and i would recommend anyone else the same!

Horrible software, horrible phones and horrible service!

AVOID ONEPLUS AT ALL COSTS

If you have already purchased anything from oneplus, when it breaks down, lift the oneplus item and throw it in the trash. I spent hours over a 2 month period sending emails taking pictures sending clips answering the same questions over and over again, then after all that they wanted me to install some software which they can take control of my pc with the phone connected to it.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

con Oneplus?? un inferno!!!

Sconsiglio a chiunque di stare distanti il più possibile da Oneplus!!
Il problema non sono i telefoni che di per se sono costruiti abbastanza bene e venduti ad un prezzo sicuramente invitante e competitivo rispetto alla concorrenza... il problema di questa azienda è l'assistenza e la comunicazione con loro praticamente impossibile se non in maniera blanda e superficiale!!
di 3 telefoni Oneplus One che abbiamo avuto in casa tutti e 3 hanno presentato problemi al microfono, 2 di questi sono stati sostituiti ma il problema si è ripresentato mentre un terzo telefono mi è tornato indietro neppure riparato (non l'hanno neppure aperto) e quindi tale e quale a come l'ho mandato via.
Per fare tutta la trafila ci ho messo 6 mesi di cui 2 mesi persi solo per l'ultimo telefono dei 3, tra test, sessioni remote, mail che mandavo al lunedi e ricevavano risposta dopo 10 giorni alla fine ogni RMA di ogni telefono mi è costato 2 mesi di vita, di mail di incazzature e di incompresioni....
Ripeto TELEFONI regalati ad un ottimo prezzo ma assistenza inesistente!!!
Dopo tutto il tempo perso mi ritrovo coi medesimi problemi perciò ho deciso di venderli tutti e 3 e finire il prima possibile l'incubo con Oneplus... ho preso un Nexus 5X e vivo da dio... se si rompe google me ne manda uno ancora prima che spedisca quello rotto senza sessioni remote di assistenza e inutili discussioni infinite via mail!!!
MAI E POI MAI + COMPRERO' + UN PRODOTTO ONEPLUS
è stato il peggiore incubo tecnologico della mia vita!!

Extremely bad

After 9 months of email correspondence over 30 mails without having a phone that worked. they have now sent a new one so that only worked one day. Then they do not correspond to my emails. I can not describe in words how bad an experience they have been. Now in 2300 kr. Poorer :-)

Fin telecom men en dårlig support

Har haft telefonen i ca 9 mdr, og er rigtig glad for den. Den har desværre fået nogle fejl på skærmen, og derfor skrevet til surporten, og vor herre bevares....... 1 gang fik jeg hurtig besked, men en besked jeg ikke kunne bruge til noget som helst. Derefter har jeg rykket dem mange gange for svar, evt med en adresse til rep. Men INGEN svar.... Venter stadig.....

Completely unreasonable customer support!

My phone has developed a touch screen problem after 8 months (within the warranty period). I have been dealing with the customer support for almost 3 weeks now, being dragged through a bunch of time wasting procedures that do not work! And that if you are lucky enough to actually get a response.

So dear oneplus:
Never Settle?? NEVER AGAIN!

I has heard from some ppl days ago about oneplus.eu.and Iwas a little scepital,But the company answered me a lot with patience to let believe they are real shop selling original oneplus phones,Finally I ordered an oneplus one 64GB black Last Friday, I dont regret but feel worthful and happy ,As i had got my dream phone this Monday.but no need wait months for an invite,it works well,4G network very fast ,I got some free gifts and coupon,and no need pay taxes,So lucky ,thanks for oneplus.eu , i will come next time if new products come.XXXX

Furthermore,i have high comment for the service,because at first i did wrong to order 2 same orders,Soon later i got the email from the customer service in oneplus.eu to ask me if i need cancel 1 order, i said yes ,i had to cancel 1 same order, then I got the refund within 20mins ,very fast response.the shipping also very fast ,2 days ,no need pay extra Customs taxes.very great!

I've been waiting a month for your phone. Constant dialogue with the customer service. Every day was a new promise. I'm tired. It seems that they are not in Europe warehouse. They are not official representatives. Cheats.
