Disappointing experience with customer…
Disappointing experience with customer services. Duplicate order placed due to getting an email before order confirmation saying that the items were still in my basket and complete order. I contacted the company telling them I had received two orders and they may want to look at the system as I shouldn’t have had a message telling me to complete my order and so they could stop it happening to someone else.
I got a response saying I should have ignored the email saying to complete the order and if I wanted to send the order back they don’t provide return labels.

Arrived before predicted time and well packaged.
The sweets , Lyon’s midget gems, were softer and stickier than normal and some of the fruit flavours were not authentic.
