First time bought confectionary from pound sweets .I'm very happy with the Quick delivery and my order which came today very good value for money,and super sweets and recycling bags

What I wanted when I wanted it at the right time

They are ALWAYS out of stock, Their app prices are different to their website prices, you can only use promo codes on the website, not accepted on app.. where the prices are cheaper.. one code only allowed.. the codes you use then are not taking much off the cost as the Web prices are already inflated.. oh, you can only use codes if you are spending over £25,.. free shipping? they have just increased their free shipping from £25 to minimum £50 spend... I give up...

I don't think this deserves any stars really as the whole service was atrocious!
I spent £30 and wanted the parcel delivered to my work, Amazon delivered it to completely the wrong address. Emails went back and forth between myself and one pound sweets and they didn't give a toss that I hadn't received anything.
Amazon took a picture of where they delivered it and there is nowhere at my work that has anything there like was in the picture. The picture definitely wasn't taken at the address I asked it to be delivered to.
One pound sweets didn't give a toss so I've ended up with no sweets and out of pocket.

First time ordering, spot on, will be ordering again.

Purchased 2 boxes of crisps. Received the wrong ones i ordered sent me Real Ox flavour with only10 days left on the sell buy date on both boxes. Should have received Pipers longhorn beef crisps. Contacted customer service and was told i had received the correct order, If i wanted to return the order i had to pay for the return postage. I asked them why the crisps i had received only had 10 days left on the sell buy date. They never responded to my question. If you want to spend your money on end of date products then this shop will be great for you. See attached photos.

Really easy to place an order and received it within a few days. Great selection online, had no issues so didn't need to speak to their customer service team

Although the selection was great and the items arrived quickly, the customer service isn’t the best. Unfortunately a bottle in my order was crushed and leaked all over the contents. Subsequently all the items in a cardboard packaging were ruined and the rest of the items I had to wipe clean (over 70 items). I emailed the company twice and haven’t heard back.

Paid £16 for a box of crisp for my autistic son and paid £5 extra for premium delivery. Had an email from Amazon shipping yesterday to say that it was arriving yesterday (26th July) and they kept pushing the time back and back till they emailed again saying they couldn’t deliver. They also emailed me to say it was being delivered (27th July) and same again, they’ve now emailed and said they’ll deliver tomorrow (28th July) but I don’t think that will happen, I’ve emailed one pound sweets for a full refund and they haven’t been helpful or given me the option for a refund either. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere

Item never arrived. Paid for next day delivery - Amazon emailed to say that couldn’t find our property?! The following day they said delivered but it wasn’t our property. Emailed the company twice with no response. They eventually replied when I left this review.

Easy to use web site lots of choice to choose from, delivery is quick.

Although delivery was very prompt and my order was exactly what I wanted unfortunately between the delivery getting dispatched and getting to me most of the crisps where smashed and broken into small pieces whether it was courier or not who knows but maybe my own fault for ordering on-line

So after getting a very polite response on here from the company what a shame the person that replied to my email wasn’t as polite telling me I should have sent pictures to them before leaving a review.!!

I ordered some crisps and sweets, with a view to having them for our holiday and a birthday. I ordered on them and the order was accepted on the 9th of July.

I still haven't received the order. It is now the 22nd of July.

I have contacted the company a number of times. They've simply said that they've contacted the courier to pick up the goods from them and then deliver them... What? That doesn't even make sense.

Are the goods out for delivery or not? When will they be delivered? I don't want a refund, I want the order processed and the delivery sped up, especially considering the fact that it's already been 13 days.

They don't have a number to be able to speak to them.

So please be careful ordering from this company.

I think they have a shop and products on Amazon as well. I may have to contact via Amazon.

I just want to place an order, pay for it, get a delivery date, and receive the goods.

I don't have time to chase up companies, for sweets and crisps.

It's not worth buying from this company.

Best sweet store I've come across sweets don't cost an arm and a leg best value quality for sure I'll definitely buying more in the future :)

Purchased 4 boxes of crisps all of which expire before I need to use them. On mentioning this I was told no crisps would have such a long shelf life and I can return at my own cost, which would be fair enough if they tell you on their website the latest expiry date of products being bought at the point in time so customers can make informed purchases, especially for large quantities. Based on this and the attitude used to express their views, I do not personally recommend this company & I will not use them again. All good though, more crisps for me and my loved ones to enjoy...happy shopping everyone 😀

It's a free world for everyone to do as they please! Your point is noted however it is nonetheless a nice touch to communicate product end dates when people do not have visibility of these especially as the dates on all the boxes were varied up to month apart. It is interesting that you see fit to pointlessly respond to what you deem a pointless review. Keep up the amazing work.
