RECHAZAN TODO

Antes fue una gran distribuidora donde podía subir toda mi música y por un tiempo me fue bien con ellos, pero ahora con sus nuevas políticas están rechazando gran cantidad de lo que uno sube.

Me aguanto que prohibieron subir instrumentales, hice caso en ello y opté por la música con letras, es decir, cantada y aún así siguen rechazando lanzamientos muy importantes para mí, aunque si aprueban otros y eso de milagro con su cuentito del estandard.

La verdad me llevo una muy mala impresión de esta distribuidora, luego que los tenía en muy buenos conceptos y por eso voy a empezar a publicar mi música en otra parte ya que no le veo buen porvenir al seguir trabajando con ellos.

Nunca más con ellos

Después de publicar con ellos un lanzamiento sin problema intenté publicar un segundo pero fue rechazado por no cumplir con los estándares de las plataformas digitales (pero sin decir cuales, solo generalidades). Curioso, porque esa misma canción ha sido publicada sin problemas a través de otra distribuidora y sigue escuchándose en todas las plataformas digitales. Aun así lo intenté con otro más y este logré que lo publicaran. ¡Pero fue un desastre! Este segundo lanzamiento publicado empezó a ser escuchado miles de veces en poco tiempo, y lo que para mí fue una sorpresa agradable para ellos, sin darme nunca una razón válida, fue una sospecha de algo raro y me la retiraron, supuestamente de manera preventiva. Me puse en contacto con ellos muchas veces para pedir explicaciones pero la respuesta siempre era un copia y pega absurdo. Se equivocaron, pues nunca hice nada incorrecto, simplemente coincidió que empezó a escucharse mucho. Retiré definitivamente la publicación y otra plataforma aceptó mi música y se sigue escuchando sin problema, y por cierto, plataformas como spotify me pagaron por cada una de aquellos streamings que ONErpm dijo que eran sospechosos, pues consideraron que eran correctos. Seguro que ellos cobraron también por ellos.

Después de un tiempo (no aprendo) volví a intentar publicar con ellos para ver si algo había cambiado y rechazaron dos veces mis lanzamientos, una vez más, por no cumplir con los estandares de las plataformas digitales...pero de nuevo curiosamente esas mismas canciones fueron publicadas por esas plataformas con otros distribuidores...(son más de una decena de canciones con el mismo estilo publicadas ya) así que, por supuesto, nunca más. No lo recomiendo para nada

Hello, I lost access to my emails

Hello,
I’m Dcrichie by stage name and I lost my email address that logins to my ONErpm account, ever since then I haven’t been able to access my dashboard. Please I need a change of email address to my new email address so I can gain access back to my ONErpm.

Very dull customer service, slow like snail

Onerpm is the worst company so far, when it comes to customer service
It takes them forever to respond to tickets, no live chat attached to their website like other distribution companies

They literally leave you frustrated when there’s an urgency to release a song or update an album

Rechazasteis uno de mis lanzamientos hace unos meses y sin dar motivo. Ahora por segunda vez habéis rechazado otro lanzamiento, pues ya no voy a perder ni un minuto más en cargar canciones en vuestra plataforma, cumplimentar los datos, seleccionar el preview, etc. Ahí os quedáis, que os den.

I opened a support ticket for about two weeks now asking them for an audio replacement on my upload...they have failed to either respond from their site ,twitter and Instagram,they have a very poor customer service attendant..I wish I can take down all my songs

Must have been on vacation two weeks...

Initially they rejected my song two times and stopped answer my support tickets. But that forced me to improve the mixing and learn mastering, resulting in approval. After that their support was okay again.
I'll update my review after the release.

Guess they don't wont my 15%

Tried to save money and give this company a chance despite of the bad reviews. I now see the other 1 star reviews are correct.

Rejected my album, said one of my songs sound like a song on Spotify. Clicked on the link they sent. Listened to the song, it sound nothing like my song. Not even close.

Guess they don't wont my 15%, resubmitted the album to distrokid. Funny company, but waste of time.

If the music is heard by people who are not subscribers to the site, the average is made according to the number of times the music is played, and the amounts paid for advertisements.

The amount is not fixed, as the payment is always calculated on a pro-rata basis. The average is made considering some points such as: number of plays, region of play, if the play was generated by premium or freemium user, etc.

In the monthly report that is processed in your account at ONErpm, you can check the amount that each platform paid for play. Check the “Unity Gross” column. In the “Total Gross” column you have the total value generated by the plays (quantity column, times and unity gross column). In the “Net” column you find the total that was transferred to your ONErpm account.

ONErpm transfers to the artist exactly the amount that is received from each of the platforms, minus its percentage, which can also be verified in the monthly report in the “Share” column.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. One day, I was trying to log in and upload some music. I couldn't. I contacted them and they sent me a canned response saying that after reviewing my account, they have decided to end the relationship between us. I asked them why and I got a canned response saying they could not distribute my work for editorial reasons. They never directly answered the question. People are entitled to have their legitimate questions answered by a place they are doing business with. I don't recommend that at all. There are much better free and low cost distributors.

I have my music in 4 different platforms and this was my worst experience.
If you think this is free will be much more expensive when this company will take the music you do with a lot of love and sphere.

Ladrones profesionales, lo barato sale caro.
Trabaje con 3 plataformas diferentes y esta ha sido la peor equivocación, no pagan a tiempo, no pagan lo que tienen que pagar, la comunicación es pésima y hacen lo que quieren con la música de uno.
No lo recomiendo, no comentan el error de publicar canciones con ellos

Customer service is a waist of time

Customer service is a waist of time. They take forever to respond and when they do they never address the concern. Also, now instead of emailing you to your personal email, they use a ticket system which you can't access unless your logged in which is helpless when they sign you out for no reason and don't except your log in info, instead they make you use some random code they say they will email you but never do. I would HIGHLY recommend against using this platform.
