Massive shoutout to Charleigh for all of her help with cancelling our holiday to Dubai in May. As a family travelling with young children we decided we wanted to cancel and she done absolutely everything for us ensuring we didn’t have to do a thing and getting our money back. Just last June, he arranged an amazing trip to Thailand for my 40th this March. Our connecting flight was in Dubai, and due to the government's no-fly advisory, we had to cancel. He sorted everything, got a refund, and booked us a week away in Tenerife. It may not be the holiday we had hoped for, but we are still getting a holiday, and James K made the process so easy. We will rebook Thailand with him once the situation calms.

Ella Thatcher booked our holiday to Jamaica for February 2027 and was fantastic from start to finish. Laura has planned three trips for us to Disneyland Paris and each one has been seamless. Laura is brilliant at what she does and nothing is too much trouble. She is very professional and knowledgable and one of her USPs is definitely how fast her response time is. Laura goes above and beyond to check that every element of your holiday is planned exactly as you wanted and regularly checks in with clients in the lead up to the holidays. I needed to ask a question about transfers while away this time and Laura came back to me with a response within 10 mins and the query I had was immediately sorted. With a trip like Disney, where there are lots of elements to be organised, I wouldn’t hesitate to use anyone but Laura. This definitely won’t be our last visit or our last holiday through Laura and I would highly recommend her services to friends and family who want a professional and dedicated travel agent service. You won’t get much better!

I booked a holiday via Deb@onetravelclub. It was an organised tour with another company. Booking was straight forward. Deb was a true professional, friendly , helpful and knowledgeable. Within the last few days, because of the problems in Dubai, I rang One Travel club to ask the status of my holiday. They were super helpful. It was a worrying time as lots of people were concerned about getting back to the UK and for others who had holidays booked, what was going to happen.

They absolutely went the extra mile. They updated me with what was happening for my upcoming holiday. It was an ever changing picture but throughout I felt supported. They couldn't have done more. Just returned from a lovely week in Costa Adeje, Tenerife booked through Nicola at One Travel Club. This is our 5th or 6th holiday booked with Nicola and the service is always 1st class. Communication is fantastic, nothing is too much trouble & on the odd occasion we've had a query its been responded to very quickly.

Emma Bell sorted out my trip to Paris and, since I’d never been before, I told her what we were looking for and she came back with some great recommendations. I’m so glad I followed them because everything turned out perfectly! She suggested everything based on what we wanted and it honestly couldn’t have worked out better. She even organised our tickets to Disneyland Paris, which made things super easy.
The hotel was exactly what we were after, in a great location with loads of bars and restaurants nearby. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her and she was always there if I had any questions. The whole trip was completely stress free and everything ran so smoothly. I’ll definitely be booking with Emma again! A big thanks ❤️

I recently booked a family holiday to New York for October 2026 with Claire Mann, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. As a frequent traveller to the USA, Claire was incredibly knowledgeable and really understood what would work best for our family. She found the perfect place for us to stay with our two boys, making sure it was both comfortable and well-located, and secured it at a really great price. Nothing was too much trouble, and her advice made the whole process easy and stress-free. I would definitely use Claire again and highly recommend her to anyone planning a trip to the USA.

I decided to use one travel club to book myself and my partner a mini break to Berlin for my partners 30th birthday. I was so impressed with my travel agent Alex, she was very friendly and helpful from the get go, making the process easy finding us the best for our time and money! Alex thought of every fine detail and worked her magic in getting us an upgrade with our hotel to a very stylish suite which was such a wonderful surprise on our arrival. I cannot recommend Alex enough and will definitely be using the company again to book myself next trip!
