One Travel Club Avis

After six months of trying (and failing!) to organise my 60th birthday holiday that worked for a whole tribe of grandchildren, I was completely worn out and ready to give up. Coordinating everyone, finding the right location, sorting suitable flights at decent "nap" times it felt impossible.
Then along came James K.....
I sent him a detailed list of everything I wanted (and quite a few things I definitely didn’t want!) and within half an hour he came back with what can only be described as the perfect family holiday. Honestly, it was as if he’d climbed inside my head and figured it all out better than I could myself.
Every detail was spot on from the destination to the flights and he somehow made the whole complicated process feel effortless.
I genuinely cannot praise him enough. If you’re feeling overwhelmed trying to plan a trip, especially with lots of moving parts like I had, James is exactly the person you need. Honestly, absolutely amazing service 👏

Sharron couldn’t have been anymore helpful from start to finish, we even arrived at the hotel to a bottle of champagne in our room! Would highly recommend x

Sam was fantastic at organising our holiday. She took the brief and budget (and my many emails back and forth) and totally got us where we wanted to be. Had a gorgeous holiday and so much stress taken out by using Sam. Would highly recommend.

This was our 3rd trip booked through Claire Sterling. Claire organised our holiday from start to finish and was so helpful throughout, she even text while we were away wishing us a great holiday… talk about service… Claire goes over and beyond! We will definitely be booking again!

Sandy Oldrey was amazing and arranged a fantastic package holiday to Torremolinos for 9 of us, to celebrate a special birthday. Everything was organised really well, down to arranging allocated seats and a private transfer within the package. Unfortunately, 1 of our friends had to pull out and Sandy sorted this all out for us with no problem, re-arranging rooms and doing her best to keep the price low.
Nothing was too much trouble for her, she was professional, friendly and helpful at all times. I will certainly be using her again for future trips.

Nikki was just absolutely superb! She organised us a trip to South Korea that was amazing! She was able to fit in so many things that we wanted to do in just the 2 weeks. The booking process was really easy and it truly was a personalised experience. Any problems, changes or updates Nikki was always a message away. I would highly highly recommend.

Sharron book our holiday to Gran Canaria to meet up with a group for a celebration.
The service she provided was excellent, got us a great price and kept us well informed throughout the booking process and then followed up as our holiday came around.
Absolutely fantastic service - thank you

Sharon has been so helpful she has given me some great advice and booked a few fabulous holidays for me .. I would definitely recommend.. if you have any questions she is always at hand to help answer them

booked my first holiday last week with Claire Mann have always wanted to do a Norwegian cruise. she sorted me out with a solo package made me a full itinerary and printed off all my documents even booking my transfer from Leeds. took all the stress away which is exactly what I needed as it felt a bit overwhelming sorting it all out she was really patient

Sharron supported us with a recent last minute trip to Tenerife and got us exactly what we wanted for the best price .
Process was soo easy and no issues at all.
Would definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We booked New York with James, and wow next level customer service from start to finish even while we was away checking in making sure hotel was fine, brilliant service thanks James

The most amazing travel agent! I honestly can't recommend Charleigh enough, we've now booked 2 holidays through her.

My 40th birthday to the Maldives and our family summer holiday to Disneyland.

Charleigh saved us a huge 5k on our Maldives booking, I actually couldn't believe the quote she got us, it made our dream holiday affordable; Charleigh was even kind enough to surprise us with a floating breakfast whilst we was there which was such a lovely touch and totally unexpected but massively appreciated.

With all the uncertainty around travel over the last couple of months it's been amazing to have someone to talk and answer all of my (many) questions.

I'm really looking forward to our family trip in the summer knowing that Charleigh is only a message away.

We will be booking many more trips!

Thanks Charleigh x

Me and my husband had an incredible experience with this travel company from start to finish. James couldn’t do enough for us.
What really stood out was the level of care and professionalism from James, he was very knowledgeable and genuinely cared about our needs.
I especially appreciated how James was there every step of the way for us especially when our flights were cancelled due to the war. He ensured everything ran smoothly which meant we could relax and enjoy the experience without any stress.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a well-organised, high-quality travel experience. I’ll definitely be booking with them again in the future!”

Needed to book a last minute holiday in Cyprus and choose Samantha Gentry Marshall to arrange all our holiday needs. It was particularly important as I was traveling with a friend in a wheelchair who hadn’t had a holiday in 18 years and was slightly uneasy about the flight and navigating the airport and hotel. We didn’t have to worry as everything fell into place and the assistance was perfect from start to finish. Thank you Sam for being there if needed and your after care once we returned. Will definitely use Sam for future trips.

Recently had the pleasure of using Emma Ross to book a family trip to Disneyland Paris. Emma was brilliant from start to finish, making the planning of such a trip very easy. Emma was always quick to respond to any questions i had and providing lots of helpful tips for planning the journeys and use of the parks. I will certainly use Emma again, in fact I have already asked for some end of summer holiday options!

Booked my Disneyland trip to Paris with the help from Emma Ross and from the start to the end Emma was so helpful and reassuring with everything down to choosing the hotel and experiences along the way. I also received such an amazing deal for the four days I was there. Emma gave me so many tips and pointers for my time in Disneyland down to where to eat , location of specific meet and greets , rides and how to use my daughter’s access card. I felt reassured by Emma every step of the way and I would 100% be booking more holidays!
My children also received a little delivery in the post from Emma and they absolutely loved it.

Booked through Nikki and from the start we felt comfortable in the knowledge that Nikki knew so much more than the standard travel companies. We were stuck in Dubai and the 'Club' all pulled together to get us out on the first available flight.
I can't see a time when I would use anyone else or go back to the usual agents.
Fully recommend Nikki, her knowledge and One Travel Club. You won't believe the savings...

Laura ash has done an amazing job again this year helping me to find the right holiday & communicating with me on the run up ensuring we were checked in & had visas sorted. the holiday was cheaper than going direct with the operator, & we got the extra service on top of it. Laura's attention to detail ensures everything runs smoothly & she has so much knowledge & advice. I feel so reassured knowing i can contact her with questions & issues & not have to ring a call centre. Absolutely great service & I would highly recommend.

Highly recommended, Katy couldn't do enough for us. So helpful throughout the booking process and even away on holiday when we asked her for advice. I have recommended her to friends and colleagues and will definitely be booking with her again.

Laura Ash was so helpful and went above and beyond to help me book a surprise holiday for my husband’s 70th birthday . Nothing was too much and I saved money too 👍👍
Thank you Laura x
