Angela went above and beyond. Sorted our holiday to Gran Canaria, the holiday was perfect for us. Angela provided excellent customer service through out & looked after us from the booking , the holiday and afterwards with the luggage damage. We highly recommend Angela. Second time travelling with ALEX sorting everything for me, honestly the best experience, stress free holiday, told her I wanted to go on holiday to somewhere in greece in two days time and she sorted everything for me the same day, cannot recommend enough

Julie had helped us book our wedding holiday - this included booking 36 people all on one holiday, she took the stress of us as bride and groom and handled everything, finding us the best hotel, booking flights and managing payments.

The hotel she found was absolutely stunning and exactly what we wanted, it pleased everyone from oldest to youngest.

Laura was really knowledgeable and made some excellent suggestions. We thought we knew where we wanted to go on holiday, but Laura suggested somewhere completely different that we instantly realised was 10 times better. She also tweaked the dates slightly to allow us the options of better flight times and less money.

From start to finish, the service Amanda Olive provided was absolutely exceptional. I simply gave her my wish list, and she found the perfect city break in an ideal location that ticked every single box. She took all the stress out of planning and thought of everything.

The whole trip ran flawlessly—everything was organised perfectly, and all we had to do was turn up at the airport and enjoy ourselves. Amanda even checked in with me during the trip to make sure everything was going well, which was a lovely personal touch.
