Booked our family holiday with Lisa Baker again this year and as always she is very helpful, knowledgeable and trustworthy.
We had a last minute cancellation to our holiday due to my son badly breaking his foot before we went and unable to fly, Lisa was on hand as always to sort this for us even whilst she was on her own holiday!! You definitely don’t get that service from when booking online!

First booking with Alex and it couldn't of gone smoother. I have previously been to Majorca two years ago, but this time through Alex, was so much better. Alex arranged the hotel, flights and all the transfers for us which made a huge difference and saved us money. She was also in contact with us throughout to ensure everything was ok. I won't be travelling again unless it's through her and will be recommending her to my friends and family!

What can I say about Steph? This is the fourth holiday she’s booked for my family and we couldn’t be more impressed. Steph first came to the rescue back in May when our original accommodation for Sardinia fell through. She booked a simple yet perfect hotel resort for us with a large swimming food and fantastic food.
We just had another wonderful holiday in Mallorca at an all inclusive where friends of ours had visited the year before (also booking through Steph). This place did not disappoint! From the food, to the amazing pools and the daily entertainment - we were so impressed! Steph always gets the brief for us and she’s so thoughtful with her little gestures, like leaving gifts in our room for when we arrive.
HIGHLY recommend her services!

We used Sharron for the second year in a row, Turkey last year and a cruise this year. Both times Sharron beat the price of booking direct with quite some margin. Great experience from booking all the way to post holiday feedback and Sharron was great when we had issues with our Turkey booking (Hotel not ready on time), going out of her way to ensure the issue was resolved.

This is my second holiday I’ve booked with Emma Morris and it won’t be my last. I usually know what I want for my holiday but feel overwhelmed with all the choice out there. And I don’t always find exactly what I want. On both occasions I said to Emma what my preferences were and she came back with the right holidays plus suggestions and advice. Lisa was so helpful throughout all of the planning and the holiday! We booked this quite last minute and she was super helpful with finding us exactly what we wanted. She was great with giving us recommendations on where to go and how to get about. Could not recommend her enough!!

We have now booked several holidays using Laura Ash. Every time she has smashed it! She is helpful, friendly, informative and efficient. Our holiday was perfect from start to finish! The agent I used was Rachel Smith and cannot thank her enough for all she did. Rachel was so informative and helpful during the booking process. Everything ran smoothly and the hotel was unbelievable. What they do for children there is unreal. I will and have be recommending Rachel to family and friends and wont hesitate to use her for our future holidays!

I booked a once in a lifetime trip with Sam Gentry-Marshall this summer, it was a big birthday trip & I knew I needed somebody who I could trust to deliver in all aspects of our trip. Sam went above & beyond from day 1, often sending over accommodation recommendations & amazing day trip advice not only in the working day but evenings & even whilst on holiday herself 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
It was a 3 week trip & I can honestly say, the best trip of our lives, no stone was left unturned, from everything from flights,private airport transfers, amazing luxury accommodation, trips to an Elephant Sanctuary, a guided riverboat tour amongst many other wonderful places.
Sam managed everything with professionalism & having her at the end of the phone 24/7 was remarkable (thankfully never needed it as everything was so stress free & perfect).

I have been using Kerrie as my go to for holidays for nearly two years . I won’t go to anyone else ! She is quick, knowledgeable and always makes sure I receive the best price. Booked a holiday last year for May of this year through Angela at One Travel Club for myself and four children. The process was seamless from start to finish with Angela keeping me updated at all stages and as soon as any changes to the holiday were announced. Even better is she managed to get the holiday cheaper than I had seen anywhere else which was a bonus.

Sam was amazing - from start to finish.
Booking for a group of 11 was always going to be challenging. Lots of people who all had different views and opinions. Sam was so patient with us and nothing was too much trouble. After a short while, she found us a beautiful villa which turned out to be perfect. Sam booked everything from flights to Villa, from seats on the plane to transfers, from special assistance to care hire. Throughout our holiday, Sam messaged to check everything was ok and since being back she has also made contact. Thank you Sam. You took away all the stress of booking a special holiday for such a large group of people. We can not thank you enough :)

Laura Ash was amazing!!

Laura has booked us a few holidays now and I can’t recommend her more highly. I’m not the easiest to please at times but nothing is too much or a problem for Laura. She was so fast in identifying our needs, offering us competitive prices and then booking it straight away when we’d made our decision. Every little detail is taken care of. First class service as always!!

Katy has now booked a few holidays for me and the service has been perfect every time! She’s so helpful in helping you find the best deals and has saved me money every time. Danni helped us book our first Ikos holiday to the new Kissamos resort. She was great, answered all my million questions and everything went unbelievably smoothly! I highly recommend booking with One Travel Club and I’ll be booking my next holiday with Danni again soon!
