I couldn’t recommend Claire highly enough! She organised our 4-night trip to Paris, including 3 nights at Disneyland Paris, and everything was absolutely amazing from start to finish.

The hotel in Paris was perfect — a fantastic location directly across from the Metro, which made getting around so easy. Our Disneyland hotel was also ideal, just a 10 minute walk into the park, which worked really well for us.

Claire was brilliant throughout the whole booking process. She kept me fully updated with all the important information, including when we needed to check in, and was always on hand to offer to do anything for me if needed. Everything was organised so thoroughly and professionally that we didn’t have to worry about a thing.

The whole trip went perfectly with no problems whatsoever, which is exactly what you want when booking a holiday! Claire took all the stress out of it and made sure everything was taken care of.

We were looking for a relaxing getaway somewhere quiet, with fewer children and a peaceful resort — we’re at that age now where that’s exactly what we want from a holiday! 😂

Emma Morris sent us a few different ideas and we eventually settled on Lanzarote. From start to finish, Emma made the whole process incredibly easy and stress-free. She listened to what we wanted, found us the perfect holiday and took care of everything for us.

We’ve just returned from a fantastic week in Spain, all brilliantly organised by Emma Morris. This is the second time I have booked through Emma and it was as always amazing.

I was already in Gibraltar attending a yoga retreat, so Emma arranged everything for when my partner flew out to join me. We flew into Gibraltar, hired a car and found the whole process really easy and stress-free.

During the week, we stayed at two different hotels. Our first was a great modern hotel in Malaga, which even had a slide in reception! The breakfast was fantastic and it was a really fun place to start our holiday. We then moved on to a beautiful 5-star hotel in Estepona on a half-board basis. The food was excellent — although you definitely had to keep an eye on the cheeky birds trying to steal it from your plate!

Parking at both hotels was easy, and travelling out of season was perfect for us as we don’t have children. It was quieter, more relaxed and made getting around really straightforward.

Emma also recommended some great things for us to do. We took a day trip to Ronda, around 40 minutes inland, which was well worth the visit. We also found a crazy golf course about 20 minutes from our hotel and spent a day back in Gibraltar, where we were lucky enough to watch the King’s Birthday celebrations.

Emma was fantastic throughout the whole process. Her organisation and communication were excellent, and she gave us some brilliant recommendations for places to visit and things to do. Everything ran smoothly, which meant we could simply enjoy our holiday without worrying about the details.

Alex has been amazing from start to finish. We wanted to book on late with some friends that had booked months before us. Alex was so accommodating and managed to get us on the same holiday, flights and rooms next to each other. Alex has been so helpful with everything and any questions we had. We received all booking confirmations, certificates and updates. Alex made sure all went well on day of travel and on return. We booked our Universal and Disney park tickets through Archna Mehta at One Travel Club, as well as our car hire, and we couldn't have been happier with the service we received.

We had already booked our flights and accommodation before being introduced to Archna, otherwise we would have booked the whole holiday through her. From the moment we started dealing with her, she was incredibily helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, and made everything so easy and stress-free.

One of the things we really appreciated was that she took the time to consider the ages of our children and, with that in mind, put together an itinerary for us. It was so helpful having someone who understood that every family is different and made reccommendations based around what would work best for us and our children. It took away so much of the stress of trying to plan everything ourselves.

What really stood out to us was how much she genuinely cared about making sure we had everything we needed. Even though she was actually on holiday herself, she still took the time to check in with us before we travelled to make sure everything was sorted and that we were happy with our arrangements.

Our Orlando holiday was absolutely amazing, and having Archna there to help along the way made the whole experience even better. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to book a holiday, and we will definately be using her again for our future trips.

Sharron is absolutely amazing! Sharron booked a holiday for an extremely large group of teenagers who were going on their first holiday without their parents, and from start to finish, Sharron took care of absolutely everything.
From organising boarding passes to keeping all of us frantic parents updated when flights were cancelled and delayed, she went above and beyond. Her service was first class, but what really stood out was the personal touch.
Sharron even printed out a handy guide with emergency contacts and advice on what to do (and what not to do) while they were away. She also offered to support the teenagers if they needed anything while on holiday, as she happened to be holidaying nearby herself. As a parent, knowing that someone was looking out for them gave us such peace of mind.
Her aftercare has been fantastic too, including advice and support on how to claim back expenses following the flight disruption.
I genuinely cannot recommend Sharron enough. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, reliable, caring and goes that extra mile, Sharron is your girl! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lisa was fantastic, we had narrowed down our options but she got us the best deal. The hotel was lovely, well situated and we knew if there were any problems we could contact Lisa and she would sort it. Thankfully there weren't any issues, but it was reassuring to have her on standby! I even passed her details on to my cousin as she deserved the recommendation. We will definitely use her services in the future.

Can’t recommend Kerrie enough! From the moment I booked Kerrie kept me up to date with all information needed and couldn’t have been more helpful. The Dubai holiday she booked was outstanding and her knowledge of Dubai was invaluable. I have already booked with her again for next year!

Sam Gentry was brilliant before and during our fantastic holiday. She quickly rebooked our break when we needed to reschedule, made our table reservations for us at our all inclusive resort, and she ensured that we would be looked after as coeliacs. Sam replied to messages quickly and with positivity and reassurance. We were very grateful for her guidance.

We reached out to Claire after she was recommended by a friend to help us book a multi-generational family trip to Disneyland Paris, and honestly, she made the whole thing so much easier than we expected.

We wanted to drive over via the Eurotunnel as we were spending extra time with family in France, so it wasn’t a straightforward package holiday. Claire sorted everything for us, including the Eurotunnel, a hotel for the night before, a hotel outside the parks, and then a Disney hotel with all of our park passes. It was all planned perfectly.

A couple of weeks before we were due to travel, we had some unexpected family circumstances and needed to make some pretty major changes to the booking. I was dreading it, but Claire couldn’t have been more helpful. She dealt directly with Disney, rearranged hotel rooms, changed names, sorted the park passes and took all the stress away from us. Best of all, she managed everything without it costing us anything extra.
As well as all this she helped us upload the Disney app and gave us some suggestions for things to do and places to eat

She also made sure we knew exactly what we needed before we travelled, from the Eurotunnel requirements to insurance and all the little details that are easy to forget.

One of the loveliest touches was the little travel pack she sent for the children before we left. It had sweets for the journey, some Disney goodies and was such a thoughtful surprise that got them even more excited.

Even while we were away, Claire checked in to make sure everything was going well, which really showed she genuinely cares about her customers and not just making the booking.

I honestly wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Claire to anyone looking to book a holiday. She has been so knowledgeable, incredibly patient and she goes above and beyond from start to finish.
