Had the fitted wardrobes in a couple of years now, still looking good with absolutely no issues. Everything from the initial planning and design through to delivery was faultless. Would I use again, you bet.

It was very easy to follow the measuring guides online and where there were any tricky bits, professional help and advice was on hand at the end of the phone. A very positive experience with the company throughout and I was very pleased with the quality and finish of the products (Built in wardrobes and home office).

Customer service was excellent from start to finish. We were given the time to look over different options for our wardrobe and talk over different features to make it really bespoke to us. Manufacture and delivery was quick and assembly was straight forward. Would definitely recommend!

Well fitted and stylish design

Every question I needed answering was done so with care and attention to detail. My phone calls are always returned and the staff are very helpful. The whole experience of getting fitted furniture is easy, especially the measuring which initially I was worried about. I’ve bought 4 sets of fitted furniture over the last year and I’ve been impressed with the quality and customer service each time.

We chose this company as they were very helpful and you could design your wardrobes with their help and advice. They are strong and easy to install. We used them for all three bedrooms. Highly recommend them.

High quality products and great customer experience throughout

I hadn’t heard of online bedrooms before but have been very impressed by my dealings with them, the quality of the wardrobe and the price being very competitive.

You do need to measure yourself but there is good explanation of how to do this. Talking through the design was easy with the online bedrooms consultant and the sales pitch wasn’t overly pushy.

The wardrobe was delivered when promised. A couple items were missing but the company soon rectified this.

Wardrobe could be fitted yourself if you are reasonably good at DIY. I choose to ask a local carpenter to fit and am extremely pleased with the result.

I wouldn’t have any hesitation in using this company again

I have used Online Bedrooms four times now and each time everything ran smoothly, also no problem in fitting them and look brilliant, the only small item was they sent two of the same left hand runners but after one phone call, it arrived the next day, cant fault them at all

I was a little nervous ordering wardrobes that I hadn’t seen in real life but I love them. The measuring and ordering process was really easy and the designer spent a lot of time on calls with us making sure everything was right.

One of our doors arrived with a small defect and the customer service team were fantastic and sent a replacement asap.

Quality, quality and quality. From the start of the process to completing the installation, I was constantly impressed with the quality of service, the knowledge and ideas from the designer (Richard Ferrari), the speed in which the materials were made and delivered and the quality of the product, better than the high street outlets that I have seen. I will be using Online Bedrooms again for my ongoing house renovation and freely recommend them as a company and the products they supply.

Have used Online Bedrooms for a few years now and can honestly say their service and product is top quality.

I have fitted a lot of fitted furniture with a lot of different companies and Online Bedrooms is definitely up there with the best quality product. Which will come as a surprise with the cost being a lot lower than leading retailers.
