Great sales team with good advice on what to go for. The product itself is very good quality. However, the instructions are a bit lacking so probably only for the really confident DIYer as I had to work out a fair bit myself. Product came out great in the end.

Sold build for a floating media wall with bookshelves, but instructions are not as straight forward as they should be. They are general instructions. Whilst the support by phone helped a lot it should need to be like that.

We also had missing parts for our book shelves but they were shipped promptly.

Whilst I appreciate these can be bespoke builds, instructions for them should be easy enough to print and send through the design process.

Overall we are happy but it was not a straight forward build and some adjustments were needed.

Brilliant customer service and excellent quality furniture. I am very pleased with my media wall. The design team were very helpful and made the furniture to fit perfectly. I would highly recommend this company.

Purchased a media unit which I have now fitted.Finished product exceeds my expectation.The process from design to delivery was made easy by the professionalism and patience of designer Jonathan,he really is a credit to the Company.

I used this company as I wanted a media wall but I specifically wanted a blue one which wasn't in their catalogue. I reached out to discuss what I wanted and there were other colours available including blue so that was perfect. I worked with the designer Richard Ferrari who guided me through all the options and helped me create my perfect media wall with a built in, hidden desk.

The media wall itself seems solid and good quality and looks great. I am really pleased with the product and the service and would recommend to others.

We recently ordered some furniture and the service was NOT good!!!
We paid a guy to fit the furniture for us, the day after delivery, however fixings were missing from boxes and our contractor went to local shops to purchase these, except some parts that we could not get hold of. I was told that i should have left it a couple of days to check that I had everything... there were over 20 boxes. I expect that everything should arrive and not to be told how to arrange my time. Eventually, they agreed to send the parts.... Not the best experience

I asked for some form of compensation as our guy needs to come back to fit the item (and would charge for this) that could not be done and was told NO!!!!!

I can highly recommend online bedrooms. We purchased a media unit, and the ordering process was very straightforward. We had a consultation meeting with Jamie, who was very helpful and supportive when I wanted to make a few changes to the standard unit. Delivery was quick and we were kept informed at every stage.
It did take a while to construct ourselves, but the quality is excellent and we are delighted with the finished product. Such good value compared to others we looked at 😊

We loved the media unit and quality, but we are 3 weeks into receiving it and we still keep getting damaged panels. The company doesn’t want to offer any form of compensation for all the inconvenience and stress they have caused. Will never be recommending or using this company again which is a shame

Hassle free from ordering to delivery….. excellent communication and great value product…. Delivered on time. The only problem I had was the doors for the units would be delivered two days later. This wasn’t an issue as they were the last part needed. Again delivered as communicated….

Great customer support from the design stage through to completion of the assembly of the unit

Unsure at first about ordering online but all went well thanks to a very helpful customer service. I ordered on promotion deadline day choosing a colour before receiving the samples I ordered. When the sample did not match the online photos, I was able to change the order without any problems. The delivery charge was expensive but the friendly driver was very helpful in making sure all parts( flat packed) were accounted for. I received follow up communication from the company to make sure I was satisfied. Assembly was straight forward but laborious. Quality good and very pleased with end result.

I am really happy with my fitted wardrobes from Online Bedrooms. From the initial order through to aftercare, the process really has been fast and fuss-free.

My designer Jamie was receptive to my ideas and super quick at responding to my requests to modify the design until we reached the final product. He was also very transparent with pricing and offers.

The wardrobes themselves are solidly built and feel like much higher quality materials. Soft closing doors and drawers as standard is a big plus!

In my case, I had a manufacturing error where one of the cupboard doors was narrower than the other, leaving a large gap when fitted, however the after sales service has been excellent - I sent a photo of the wardrobe with a measurement, and within minutes Ellie had ordered a replacement door for fast delivery.

I looked at some of the big name brands out there for my fitted wardrobes, but can honestly say I'm glad I chose Online Bedrooms. I now have exactly what I want, high quality, and at a fraction of the cost.

Will be using Online Bedrooms again, no question.

We found this company when looking for a media wall that would stand out and transform the way our lounge looked. Ordering online was easy and delivery was a couple of weeks later. The delivery was on time and there were no missing or damaged items. Putting the units together was quick and easy. We are so pleased with the end product, it looks great and certainly has transformed our lounge. The product is good quality and the colour is exactly how it looked online. Would definitely buy again 😃

The wardrobes are exactly made to measure of a very high quality. We recently moved into a new home with fitted wardrobes. We liked the layout, but not the quality. We sent a photo to On-Line Bedrooms and our measurements and we were able to match our existing wardrobes with ones of better quality. The installation can be quite testing but on the website are pdf instructions and videos which proved to be invaluable. I was amazed at how well the various pieces fit together with no gaps. This is second time we have used On-Line bedrooms and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Delivered exactly on time - and the delivery company were great with the unloading. One part missing, but manufactured and delivered within the week. I damaged a part and it was again, manufactured and delivered within a week. Exceptional quality product, great service, highly recommended

Company service and feedback was excellent. Super product, very impactful and good price especially for the size. Lots of positive comments on it! Does require good tools and some DIY knowledge to put together. Quick delivery.
