Excellent service from start to finish, would definitely use them again

I ordered a bespoke wardrobe from Online Bedrooms, and as a professional carpenter with 8 years of experience in London, I have never seen such a fundamentally flawed product. This company delivers a pile of poorly cut boards and expects the customer to re-engineer their design mistakes on-site.

The engineering of this unit is a disaster. The internal drawers were manufactured to the full internal width of the carcass without accounting for hinge clearance. As a result, the drawer faces collide directly with the door hinges, making it physically impossible to open them. When raised with customer care, their "technical solution" was to shift the drawers to the left—a physical impossibility since there is zero clearance inside the unit.

Additionally, the main desk surface was supplied significantly shorter than specified, leaving permanent gaps against the walls. Visible panels arrived in mismatched thicknesses, every single internal shelf was factory-cut too long, and essential hardware (including 8 base legs, door hinges, and all handles) was completely missing from the delivery.

To replace the defective, narrow frames and panels now would require a destructive teardown of a fixed unit, ruining hours of precision labor. When confronted with these facts, their Customer Care officially refused any form of financial compensation or partial refund, hiding behind "company policy" and refusing to take responsibility for their design team's incompetence.

If you are looking for a functional, ready-to-assemble bespoke wardrobe, stay far away from Online Bedrooms. Their designs are unsafe, their manufacturing lacks basic quality control, and their customer service is entirely dismissive. I am now escalating this through my credit provider under a Section 75 breach of contract claim. Avoid at all costs.

Bespoke service where we had a consultation call it was all designed and created on the call and allowed flex to change before we purchased.

Can’t recommend Online Bedrooms highly enough! A special shoutout to Jonathan – his communication was second to none. I had quite a few questions and changed my mind a couple of times, but he was always patient and never made me feel like a nuisance. He really worked with me to create a bedroom that looks both beautiful and professionally finished. If I ever need another bedroom in the future, this will be my first stop. Thanks again! 🙂

Cannot praise this company enough from initial contact to the finished product communication and c/s was first class. I downsized to a small bungalow and storage was an immediate issue. The team worked with me to refine the wardrobes to meet my needs. Delivery was on time and the fitting was done the next day. Very efficient and cleared away so that I could use the wardrobes immediately. An excellent improvement to the property. Thank you Lewis and team.

We received great service and are very happy with the quality of the furniture. The self build was easy enough with the instructions provided. Any support needed was answered very promptly.

I would highly recommend this company for their professionalism and product delivery. The concept I required for a space saving wardrobe system did not exist. With this team we created one, and the results were amazing! Well built and designed to last. Private courier delivery and even assistance getting it in the door. Could not ask for more!

From start to finish online bedrooms have been brilliant to deal with. From accommodating a non standard order, to arranging delivery on a specific day of my request and swiftly rectifying a problem. Always quick to respond and always very helpful combined with a very good product made them a breath of fresh air to deal with. 100% recommend.

My experience was very good from start to finish. Design process and quote was smooth and my thoughts and wants were considered carefully, then alterations made when needed. The ordering process was easy and progress updates given via email. Delivery was as scheduled, everything was packed well and arrived undamaged. Assembly was straight forward with videos to watch and basic instruction provided which was adequate for me (experienced flat pack assembler and DIYer). I am extremely pleased with the end result which looks like a premium product.

Very bad service from these company .
Worst ever waiting for delivery a month for a wardrobe and they delivered wrong parts , white wardrobe and they deliver grey colour drawers just shocking company , half white half dark.
Also many parts missing and damaged . Customer service very poor specially the manager a total disaster person Luis not helping customers very unprofessional person . Don’t believe fake reviews from others not true , that are bad so bad never again from these company . They don’t care for customers issues and when is their fault, Don’t be scammed by these company they deserve 0 rate
