Would highly recommend this company. It's easy to talk to a person and every person spoken to was helpful from design to customer service . The actual product is great quality and delivered on time . It was fairly easy to assemble and we aren't experts . Very happy with the end result especially for the price

Outstanding Media Wall unit for a reasonable price.
Very easy to order the Wall media that suited our needs. We were kept informed of progress during the manufacturing process. The delivery was painless and as advised.
There were a lot of packages so you need a lot of room prior to assembly.
I found the assembly instruction confusing so be very careful and double check every part of the assembly before actually doing it.NB my son-in-law who like me is an engineer also purchased a Wall Media unit and he made the same assembly errors as I did.
Tip - you do need a soft mallet and I would recommend (as recommended by the supplier) Glass suckers for the shelves.

Amazing Wardrobes
From start to finish my experience with online bedrooms has been excellent, they were quick to answer any of my queries and I was able to choose and measure up for my wardrobes easily. The finished wardrobes at over 4m wide look amazing and I am so pleased. The look and finish is very high quality, even my chippy was impressed.

The experience with online - bedrooms was actually flawless.At first we were skeptical to order online but it turned out to be the best decision. From placing the order, with the help of Jonathan to delivery and installation. We are really happy with the quality of the wardrobes, colours options and not least the price.

From the start, the company were very supportive with my request for a media wall. I chose a design, added some modification and they came back to me very quickly with a plan
Every question I asked however trivial got an immediate response
Delivery was arranged with the utmost flexibility and the driver very helpful when it arrived
Unit is made to measure so I would advise a professional fitter to ensure you get the best build
Really happy with the end result and very pleased with online bedrooms as a whole

Brilliant concept
Brilliant concept. Wardrobes are genuinely made to measure. I got Taskrabbit to come and do the assembly and then half a day with a carpenter to do the finishing off. The wardrobes use every inch of available space and Jonathan was so helpful with the design work. Highly recommend. The only downside is they don’t have a huge range of door styles but I couldn’t find any other company that provided anything close to what online bedrooms do at an affordable price.

Quality and designer assistance were amazing really can't fault them at all, the finished install looks fab! however there were issues around how to build and finding out which pieces went with what. It was very much like winging it and could have benefitted from a detailed plan for the unit to show how to build like a standard flat pack would come with.

Instructions the worst I have ever seen!
When my son, a competent DIY’er came down to put together my bedroom media unit, we thought he would be able to construct it in a day. WRONG! The instructions are awful. There are pictures of parts with no mention of what they are called so a lot of the time you just have to guess and if you guess incorrectly you have to remove them and that is very difficult. My son has so far spent two days trying to build this and I’m sure it will take one more day (which incidentally I notice another reviewer has said).

Penny Wise & Pound Foolish
Penny wise and pound foolish. Not at all as described. This is sold as DIY, but it's not. Cutting is required, but they don't tell you that up front, and you need a professional to install. The senior customer support man was more interested in proving his point than helping to solve a customer problem when things went pear-shaped. Go elsewhere.
