Quality of materials is excellent. Customer service and delivery is fantastic and very helpful. Overall very happy with media wall. Highly recommended.

Excellent zoom consultations and design refinements until I was happy.
The materials were really well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.
The quality of the furniture is outstanding, to give context, the price was 60% of the sharps quote.
An excellent value set of wardrobes.
I would recommend consulting your fitter before the final design is confirmed as I did make some measuring errors!
My friends are also so impressed by this furniture.

1) After paying approx £200 for delivery the guy just wanted everything dropped off and expected me to sign even although I could not inspect all the packages of which there were many. He was not happy. They ask you to sign to confirm you have received everything in great condition when there are over 2 dozen boxes not opened. Not even that, they then tell you to check the glass/mirror and you don't even know what box is applicable with so many to choose from.
2) The instructions to build the media unit are non existent. You are left to your own devices to try and work out what is needed. Some panels don't even have holes where screws are meant to fix and you have to drill.
3) We had at least 3 or 4 panels that were scored or damaged however how can we return due to delivery driver fiasco. Additionally you have part built the unit by this time.
4) For spending the best part of over £2k on a unit I have to admit I am very disappointed with this company in so many ways as you can tell from above statements.
5) It will take over 3 nights to build this unit with minimal instructions and we are only at night 2 and still not built.
6) You have been warned of my experience however its up to yourself if you wish to chance it with this company. If you do its on you as I have warned you.
Summary - Avoid at all costs as the whole experience is not worth the cost, hassle and basically damaged goods you receive. To pay over £2k for this experience is actually embarrassing for me but I just want you to know what will likely happen

After contact with online bedrooms and sending pictures to demonstrate issues I have to be perfectly honest and state they resolved every issue as I received replacements parts today. Well Done online bedrooms. Took a few emails, however they fully resolved all issues and the media unit looks great now.
As a result I have amended my initial review from 1 star to 4 stars and it is only 4 stars because the instructions for these media units are not simple and way too complex. I provided constructive feedback by stating if they provided a video this would be a massive assistance to users such as myself.
Credit where credit is due though.
Thank you for assisting as I originally thought I had wasted the best part of £2k.
Customer service from this company was excellent which is becoming a valuable asset these days.

We got great support with choosing right units, colour and size, got it customised, and now it's just looks perfect. Instead of a salesman you talk to a designer who can advise you online and show instant 3D images of what the result will look like. They also showed me how I could save money by removing obsolete panels.
When it arrived all the components were made to exact dimensions and it was one of their team who delivered - not a gormless courier.

Overall, we are really happy with our bespoke wardrobe. The journey started with a video call with a designer who explained everything in detail and created a design that we were happy with. He then supported us throughout the entire process, answering our questions and making adjustments to the design whenever needed.

The wardrobe was delivered very quickly and arrived extremely well packed. The materials were of excellent quality, and all the panels were precisely cut with accurately pre-drilled screw holes, which made the assembly much easier. There were no missing parts.

The instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. However, the wardrobe was not as simple to assemble as, for example, IKEA furniture, and it took us some time to put it together. That said, we are delighted with the final result, as it fits perfectly into the unusually shaped space above our stairs.

The assembly does require some DIY skills and tools (for example, trimming the masking panels with a jigsaw), so it may not be suitable for everyone. I'd recommend this option to people who have some DIY experience or who have a friend or relative who can help. Alternatively, you can pay extra for the company to send a specialist to assemble it, although this will naturally increase the overall cost.

In short, this was an excellent solution for us because the space where we needed the wardrobe was very unusual, and it would have been impossible to find a ready-made wardrobe that fitted properly. It was also significantly cheaper than hiring a joiner to build a custom wardrobe from scratch, so it offers a great middle ground in terms of both price and service.

The only drawback is that the assembly may be too challenging for people with little or no DIY experience. If you're reasonably handy, however, I would definitely recommend this product.

Couldn't see exactly what we wanted on their website but gave them a call and explained what I wanted, which was narrower shelving units plus extra shelving. Jamie, one of the designers advised no problem and sent me a drawing of what I had explained and the price for the project.
Sent us a couple of colour swatches, one was exactly what we were looking for, so ordered and within a couple of weeks all the parts to build two base units, two shelving units and additional shelving were delivered to our door by Ian, who helped bring in the many packages.
The DIY nature of the product was very time consuming, and tiring, but followed the online instructions from the company and built the base units without any problems. The instructions for the shelving units could have been a bit clearer, as one of the back panels hadn't been drilled all the way through and so when I had finished the end product didn't look right with the plastic cams showing in the front.
Contacted aftercare team and Ben explained that the back panels were drilled all the way through but on one of ours it hadn't quite broken through the skin of the melamine. Easy to correct and after rebuilding the shelving units all perfect.
The whole process has been very well communicated throughout, the quality of the product is much better than I thought it was going to be and the price was quite exceptional.

The design stage was easy and the staff very friendly and helpful. The quality of the materials was very good and the delivery was on time and again very helpful.

So the unit itself is, half decent just not worth the money.

And the description stated that it was for *uptoo* 100 inch tvs.

Excellent quality! Richard Ferrari design consultant was excellent! Ellie in after sales was spot on! This is solid furniture. Very pleased with our choice ( we chose to self build so halfway through at present but very impressed with the quality) three rooms purchased but will be back for more!

Would highly recommend this company. It's easy to talk to a person and every person spoken to was helpful from design to customer service . The actual product is great quality and delivered on time . It was fairly easy to assemble and we aren't experts . Very happy with the end result especially for the price
