Trish was excellent to help me understand myself more and how to tackle a tough situation with the breakdown on a long term marriage. She not only challenged me in a safe space but listened and offered time for self reflection so I was able to reach a happy place. I would highly recommend working with her and was always comforted with her warm and friendly approach.

We went to counselling to help us with some recurring issues we were experiencing in our relationship.
We were matched with Trish who was amazing. She really tried to get to know us individually which helped in sessions we had together. She was always respectful and felt like an impartial 3rd party. Often she offered a perspective we’d not considered and as a result our relationship is so much stronger.

We saw Sian Jones for some marriage counselling and we found that she has an amazing ability to explain back to you EXACTLY how you are feeling. Both me and my husband just couldn't believe it! It was like she had experienced every single feeling we had at some point so she could really relate to it. At no point did she judge either of us she just helped understand each other's perspectives and got us actually communicating properly again! Thank you

Tim was excellent in his approach, giving both of us time. He is supportive but will also challenge where appropriate, whilst providing a safe space and helping the other person to understand different perspectives. He made a huge difference for us, and whilst I was initially sceptical, I would whole-heartedly recommend him.

I was really impressed with the customer service. I was a bit apprehensive about booking online but Sian Jones got back to me really quickly and confirmed my appointment.

Relationship breakdown
Trish helped my partner and I as we attempted to work through issues which resulted in the end of the relationship. Having Trish's support and guidance helped us to end the relationship in an amicable way by giving us a structured and safe space to express anger and emotions but to ultimately gain closure and move on. I would recommend to couples who are at the point of relationship breakdown at the end of a long term relationship

We had some sessions with Trish and were a little sceptical at first but counselling has made a massive change to our relationship in just a few sessions. We had too many problems to discuss but the main one was bad communication which resulted in arguments and problems never being resolved. It does take a conscious effort to improve things but I would recommend both Trish and counselling to anyone who has been thinking about trying it. My partner and I can talk about all of the things that we fell out about all of a sudden and I can't thank Trish enough for her work.

My wife and I have always had a strong relationship and during Covid it got stronger but we feel equally as strongly that we still had issues we could work through or weren’t even aware of. So we did a session with Sian and wow it’s been an amazing and beneficial decision. So much so that we still regularly see Sian for check-up sessions and to touch base. I would highly recommend her to anyone

After trying a number of different places, most of who didn’t come back to us. It was so nice to be able to book the specific time and date we wanted without any fuss at all. Our therapist really did help us repair our relationship and it didn’t even take very long. We wish we had done it years ago.

Kathy Hoggart is amazing. With Kathy’s help my husband and I are back ‘on track’. Kathy reassured us that both of our feelings count and because of this Kathy gained our trust instantly. Kathy quickly helped us to identify what could be causing our issues and how we can use simple techniques and solutions to resolve/manage/accept them. Kathy had a very thoughtful approach throughout our sessions so that they were well planned and logical but also free flowing and flexible and without her being overbearing or dictating the pace. We had quick exercises that we willingly did in between our sessions that also really helped with our conversation during them. The support Kathy gave us to resolve our issues was superb. The tips and encouragement Kathy gave us helped us to work well together during the sessions. We were also able to work independently so that we made good progress from one session to the next. We are still using those tips now and we still remind each other when we need to of the wonderful guidance Kathy gave so that we can continue to benefit from it whenever we need to. Thank you Kathy

Although my husband was not comfortable discussing our marital problems our therapist Jo really helped us understand how to approach the issues and gave us a good foundation/plan to build upon.
