I have worked with Emily Gabbert before and she is very polite and precise with her explanations. We’ve been cruising with Online for years
We’ve been cruising with Online for close to 30 years. We even have stock in the company. Lately we’ve noticed changes that we’re not happy with. On the VIP cruises we find that the hotels included are going downhill. The last hotels in London and Tokyo were in areas that offered NO places to explore. The eating and shopping was very minimal. Why stay in a city with no close eating? The hotel In London included breakfast that was similar to the breakfasts one would get with American hotels that offer free continental breakfast. One choice of eggs, one choice of meat, and one of potatoes. It was almost a waste of time. Our last cruise offered a gift card that wasn’t explained. We wanted to use the money onboard not when we got home. I’m still trying to figure out how to use the online gift card at Krogers. There is no way to get a physical card. I think you should ask your customer and shareholders before you make changes that change how we use the system.
