They provide an invaluable service: products are always exactly as described; OH will always fix any issues you have; 99% of the time its here next day and when it isn’t it’s RM’s fault. In other words, they do exactly what you would expect them to do.
Been ordering for a long time now and I think Jamie and the team are well aware of the service they provide! So, keep it up guys!

I have ordered from here 3 times now…
I have ordered from here 3 times now and can only say good things about Only Hemp. First order everything went smoothly and order came within 24hr. 2nd order there was a bit of a delay due to Royal Mail and Jamie was extremely quick and helpful with his responses. I’m talking a few minutes to get a response. He even went out of his way to check my tracking for me and updated me once the parcel was moving. After this my next order came again without issues. 10/10 product and 10/10 service.

Thank you, the RM have been a bit slower than ususal for a while but they do get there and normaly the next day, RM are really under pressure in general so they are doing a good job x

My Go To for excellent products ( that work and does what it says on the tin!) and fantastic customer service. The new Cheese has safely converted me from the original, nice and calming, relaxed you physically and mentally, and same smooth smoke! But now I can’t see Wedding Cake! Guys what are you doing to me!! 😉
