My order is 218950 from 29/05/2026, received on the 4th of June.

Ordered a lot of cheese, cured meat, and bottarga, in all 267 EUR.

The polystyrene box contained 2 ice gel packs showing a temperature of 21C, as did the fresh pork sausages (Grancarni Salsiccia Napoletana a Punta di Coltello, 15EUR for 1Kg).

I received an english written email asking nicely "if the order arrived correctly and if you are satisfied with the products and the service."
I replied with the photo of the 21C ice packs and told me I had to throw out the sausages.

A dismissive reply in Italian arrived:
"La consegna è stata velocissima e l'imballaggo è resistente per supportare la spedizione".
Quoted in full above, with typos and all, and not even a hello, goodbye, let alone an apology or offer of refund.

My subsequent attempts received no answer.

The products are good, but the people selling them are incompetent, rude, and ill-willing.

Buy someplace else, where they value decency and basic courtesy more than 15 EUR.

Terrible experience with 'Solo Prodotti Italiani' via Vivino. This is the third time I have purchased from them, and for the third time, they have sent completely different vintages than those ordered. Out of 18 bottles (6x3 types), NOT A SINGLE ONE was correct: I ordered 2023 whites and received 2024; I ordered 2019 Teroldego (red) and received 2022!

The difference between a 2019 and a 2022 Teroldego is massive: the 2019 is a classic, balanced, and ready-to-drink vintage; the 2022 is from a very hot year and the wine is still too young, harsh, and far below the value of the vintage I ordered. Shipping 'young' wine instead of an aged vintage is a clear tactic to dump less valuable stock on the customer.

Unfortunately, they are repeat offenders: in the past, they even substituted a white wine with a completely different label without any prior communication. Their service is careless, non-transparent, and deeply unprofessional. If you are looking for precision and respect for wine, stay away: here, the listed vintage is purely 'suggestive.' I will be reporting this behavior to Vivino support as well. Never again

Levering was misschien iets of wat traag, maar alles was extra stevig verpakt zodat het glas binnenin zeker niet kon stuk gaan.

Tracking informatie voelt wel dubieus aan, maar enkele dagen later kreeg ik een update via DHL dat mijn pakket onderweg was. Daarom 1 ster minder.
