I have the omno credit card and it is good to build your credit but once the 37% apr hits it gets tough.I have another card but could not do a balance transfer on it to clear my omno card.i have froz... Voir plus

What can I say? I applied online, received an answer and credit limit in 2 minutes. This is my first experience with them and hopefully it will continue to remain positive.

Awful- DO NOT GET A CREDIT CARD FROM THIS COMPANY. BE AWARE THEY TAKE MONEY WHEN EVER THEY FEEL LIKE IT. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DREADFUL IT SEEMS LIKE STAFF ARE NOT TRAINED. THIS DOES NOT WORK LIKE YOUR REGULAR HIGH STREET CREDIT CARD. I WOULD RATE 0 STARS THEY ARE LUCKY TO GET 1 STAR. FOR THE LAST 2 MONTHS THEY HAVE BEEN TAKING MONEY EVERYDAY AS WELL AS THE MONTHLY MINIMUM FEE. SEEMS THEY TAKE RANDOM AMOUNTS DAILY WHICH HAS LEFT ME TO SCREEN SHOT THE APP EVERYDAY TO CHECK THE AMOUNT THEY ARE TAKING. THEY DO NOT SHOW ON THEIR STATEMENTS IF YOU HAVE INCURRED ADDITIONAL CHARGES AND SEEM TO THINK ITS OKAY WITH THE WHAT THEY ARE DOING. NOT PROFESSIONAL I WISH I READ THE REVIEWS ONLINE BEFORE GETTING THIS CARD. ONMO CARD HAS BEEN CUT UP AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND OR EVER CONSIDER USING THIS CARD AGAIN. We’re sorry to read that you’ve been dissatisfied with your Onmo credit card which has caused you to complain. What you’re seeing within the app would be the daily interest accrual on your card. With interest, amounts accrue daily based on your APR and outstanding balance on your card. Interest is charged once a month, but we show the amount accruing which will reflect in your balance.
Our complaints team will work to get back to you within 8-weeks at most where, if you are not satisfied with the outcome of the complaint, you will be able to escalate the matter further to the Financial Ombudsman. We hope our team will be able to provide further clarification and improve your current experience with our services.

They upped the APR by an extra 15%
They upped the APR by an extra 15%, terrible customer services just a chat that takes an incredibly long time to reply, they deny balance transfers to keep you trapped in a high intrest rate. Really not worth the trouble.

We regularly review our pricing to make sure it reflects current market conditions and the overall cost of providing credit. You’re able to opt out of the increase through the email you would have received which would prevent the increase and where you can pay down your card at your current rate.
For balance transfers, we do allow for balance transfers out if you have not opted out of the change. If you get in touch with our customer services team, we’d be able to provide with our banking details to provide to your other credit card provider.
