On behalf of the team at Karcher Center JHS, John Hutchings Services Ltd, I want to share our absolute appreciation for Joy, who recently led our Emergency First Aid at Work certification on behalf of Onsite First Aid Training. Joy was phenomenal, and we couldn't have asked for a better instructor.

Joy’s deep expertise and hands-on medical knowledge were obvious from the moment the session started. It is clear she knows the subject matter inside and out, which gave us total confidence in what we were learning.

Instead of overwhelming us with complicated jargon, Joy has a gift for breaking concepts down simply. She focused heavily on making sure we genuinely understood the "why" behind the actions, checking in regularly to ensure everyone was comfortable and on the same page.

Joy went above and beyond when she noticed we had installed a defibrillator. She took the time to guide us through our compliance responsibilities, explicitly explaining exactly what we need to check, how often to do it, and how to keep the equipment completely rescue-ready.

Joy didn't just help us tick a box for certification, she made sure we left the room genuinely prepared and confident enough to save a life.

Very informative and well presented. The training was clear, engaging and provided useful practical knowledge that can be applied in the workplace. I would recommend the course to others.

Onsite training at work company were very helpful and supportive in our booking process and accommodating our needs. The staff were friendly and approachable via telephone and followed up with us afterwards. Would definitely recommend using them.

The trainers were really experienced. They kept us all engaged and we all felt like we learnt something new. Most of us have done the training previously but a refresher every 3 years makes sense.

Easy to book in, organise and the help from customer services was precise and prompt. Staff that took part in the first aid course enjoyed the experience and mentioned that it was much more enjoyable compared to previous first aid courses that they had taken.
