I found the First Aid course to be very informative and educational. I would recommend this course to others.

It was easy to book places on the course and quick communication throughout.

Venues and dates are submitted within 24 hours, venues have good facilities and easy parking. Booking process easy and very helpful staff.

The trainer was clear, knowledgeable, and consistently kept the atmosphere positive and engaging. The training was well structured and easy to follow, and any points that were unclear were explained quickly and effectively.

the instructor was very good, he made the whole experience very interactive and scenario based which helped us to understand better.

The first aid trainer was excellent! He touched on things I didn't know. He explained what happens to the heart once it stops, and what affect doing chest compressions makes on the heart and body. He even left us with a booklet so we could reflect on.

What a fantastic experience our carers had with the trainer from Onsite First Aid. They are NOT training provider they are broker and really bad one. You will be left in the dark to deal with actual training provider, that is also bad late for work every day of 3 day course. Onsite is who you pay to, but they don't know who when or how. Because they sold job to someone else. So get ready to weeks of confusions and disappointment or just go to St...... ambulance

ordered 2 x defibs on 16/9/21 and Im still waiting for them. Chased several times to be told 8 weeks delivery timeline, which I hadnt been informed at the time of ordering. Then informed delay on shipping, but had been shipped 26/11. Im still waiting on 8/12/21
