Super easy booking experience! This is my 2nd time booking with On the Beach. Lots of hotel and flight options, also On the Beach cheaper than other travel agents!

Staff not helpful
Staff not helpful, seem overworked, hotel not 5 star, the rooms were old, housecleaning came once, well one and a half times, the second time made just one bed and left towels, no cleaning, disappointed with the stay

Easy to book,but don't book transfer
Easy to book,and got a good enough deal,everything went well except the transfer,we waited over an hour before the bus came and before we got to our apartment it was an hour and a half from waiting on bus till we arrived,it takes less than 10 mins in a taxi

Rubbish, don't bother. No one available to speak to in person at the weekends. Had an issue with name on a booking. I had to beg AL to help me even though they said I needed to go through On The Beach. Will never use again.

Do not use this company
Do not use this company, they have hidden costs after booking holiday.
Just came back from very bad holiday and i had no support from their customers service. If you will have some problems you will be left on your own.

The website is easy to navigate
The website is easy to navigate, there is plenty of choice of holidays with prices to suit all budgets. I also like the choice of flights with different airlines.
I had a problem with my booking and it got sorted within 24 hours, Rio on chat helped me first, then notified the ammendments team and Selma and Laura contacted me from the team and sorted my problem. All in all my first experience of booking with On the Beach Ireland has been good. The only criticism i have is the length of time i had to wait for an agent on chat it was over 45 mins, if there was an option to email a query to customer service, that might be better?
