Mostly positive
I personally had a great experience, however we were met with 2 cancellations the following day once we all had booked. Our bookings were done individually and the site did have the rooms available. The rooms were and are available online now but they are at a higher price. This was disappointing and stressful for others booking.

Well informed and transfer details sent through in advance of leaving. Only stressful situation was at Malaga airport trying to find our transfer to the hotel. No reps or desk around so took a while to ask people and find out.

For our holiday this year we were unsure where to go and even what dates to book to try and maximize our holiday experience on a set budget. the website made it very easy to shortlist hotels based on airports, room availability and dates. once we were happy with our selection the booking process was a breeze, so much so we both said "is that it, are we booked". i also love how you can then see all the extras that can be added to your trip easily after booking like fast tracks, seat selection, lounges, insurance , parking, car hire etc.. all in all very good experience.

No air conditioning in the room
No air conditioning in the room, hygiene issues ( dirty bed sheets with blood on them ) , dirty glasses.
Smelly fresh painted rooom . Insects around. Lack of contact with resident , no help . We had to change room twice due, this hotel is a nightmare. Many arguments about poor service we witnessed at reception.

I accidentally booked the wrong hotel
I accidentally booked the wrong hotel, I noticed this once I received my confirmation email, I contacted team and they are sorting this out for us without any fee, just difference in hotel price. We are very grateful for this.
