Thanks so much for reaching out. I can see your refund was processed and realised on the 5th of this month. Sometimes the refund link can be a little tricky or might not work as expected, and we completely understand how frustrating that can be.
Sorry this is happening. Refunds aren’t sent automatically—you need to collect them in your On the Beach account (look under My Bookings or the Refunds tab under Payments). If the link is broken, try accessing your refund from there. If it’s been over 7 working days since collection/confirmation, check with your bank/card provider and use Live Chat in your online account to get it double-checked.

No the beach is a joke of a company, they don’t listen to you they aught with you on the phone or chat I’m more stressed now, I suffer from depression after the loss of my daughter

Excellent service
This is our 2nd time booking with On The Beach and again it was excellent. We also booked our Transfer to our hotel in Malta and it was very efficient. We missed the meeting with the rep but when we text Remona to find out where our transfer bus would be picking us up she quickly responded to let us know. We will definitely be using On the Beach again and would also highly recommend.

Bed no top sheet..no pillow cases.
Bed no top sheet..no pillow cases.. bathtub very high side and bathtub half size of normal tub.. so had to get into it to have a shower..glass shelves on wall in the bathtub just lying there on two chrome bars not screwed down.. so easy to hurt yourself getting in and out of the tub..my son fell in the bathtub because they did not supply a rubber bath mat..I also did not have a mat in my bathtub needless to say he hurt himself big bump on his knee.. breakfast could be better not much hot food available for breakfast..
