Absolute joke of a company
Absolute joke of a company, l applied for Parts Advisor role with OnYerBike and was Interviewed by Kevin. He told me that he would get in contact with me via ASI Recruitment. I occasionally telephoned ASI Recruitment to ask if he had heard any feedback from Kevin. They said to me that they couldn't get hold of Kevin. Absolutely outrageous that a big well known company dont have the decency to let people know.

The parcel was shipped without any notification regarding the fact that i would have paid additional custom duty.
I've bought a 42 size sole boot and has arrived to me a 47!

With regard to the item received, your order was placed for a size 47, which is the size that was dispatched to you. This matches both the product listing and your order confirmation. If you intended to order a different size, we're happy to discuss the available options with you.

I’ve placed order 2 weeks ago and still didn’t get . Staff member inform me that items isn’t at stock but on website was that it is …. Little bit annoying
The company finally send me items today and have given gift and letter with apologies so is not that bad :)

I bought bikes for my boys sometime…
I bought bikes for my boys sometime back from OnYerBike Lancs (great bikes, good use out of them) and popped in today with an issue with a mudguard which Rory helped us get right, even though we didn’t have an appt and he was super busy. OYB continue to impress!

Fantastic Dealership!!
What can I say, what a fantastic dealership, Mike was great sorting me out with a great deal on an ex-demo Ducati, Daniel was great with advice on 'enhancements', I can't praise On Yer Bike highly enough, I will definitely be back.
