I absolutely love Onyx! It's a great place to play Magic, especially prerelease events, and they host plenty of other games and events too, with an awesome atmosphere and welcoming community!

Great prices, came quickly and was packaged nicely. I also emailed the team for advice about a product and they were amazing! Replied really quickly and were super thorough with their response - sending me links and not all to their own site either. Great customer service. Will definitely shop here again!

When I ordered the item it was past the…
When I ordered the item it was past the release date of the item but still described as a pre-order item, I assumed that the description had not been updated.
It ended up the item was not in stock when I expected it to be so I was waiting a few days more than I expected. It turned out the delivery of the product had been delayed due to Royal Mail strike action. Although not the companies fault this information could off been provided rather than me having to email to ask where my order was. When I did email the company was really helpful though.

The product was in perfect condition and packaged fairly well, but it was dispatched 4 days after ordering which made it miss my delivery deadline.

Hi, thanks for leaving a review, all reviews help us improve however I must clarify that your order was not dispatched 4 days after ordering nor were delivery deadlines missed.
Your order was placed on Sat 15th Oct and was dispatched on Tue 18th Oct which is in line with our shipping policy as we are closed Sun+Mon and generally dispatch Tue-Fri.
As there was a Royal Mail strike on Thu 20th Oct this caused a delay in you receiving your parcel which reached you Sat 22nd Oct rather than by Fri 21st Oct. Items posted the day before, during or in the days after any strike action are subject to delay which alters expected delivery times (as mentioned in our shipping policy).
We apologise that the strike caused a delay in you receiving your item, the strike actions have unfortunately caused delays which I hope you can appreciate are out of our control.
