Um, if I am perfectly honest...
It was of no benefit to us at all.
We had Jenny from Tom Grady out to give us an appraisal.
The other 2 agents did not contact us at all.
We have decided to go with Ray White

Gave me valuable information that I could not get elsewhere.

Received recommendations as to some agents in area of property. It isn’t easy to get recommendations so Open Agent provides a valuable link. They do inundate you with marketing information which is a bit annoying. I would recommend using them as a resource. An agent they rated was selected and did an excellent job.

We were extremely satisfied with Janet‘s services that she provided for us. Janet was very professional and always kept us updated with how our property was going with the open inspections.

David was very friendly and helpful.
He had answers for all my queries and had done his homework on the age of my house and when I’d bought it which made me feel I was worth the effort.
He also followed up with an email outlining similar houses in the Baranduda area that he sold recently which gave me an idea of what to expect.
What I liked most about David is that he wasn’t pushy at all and offered alternatives for selling my house either now or in the future.

I had a few agents in mind and wanted to check if I was on the right track so I googled property agents in my area and this website showed up, It come up with the agents I had in mind, the thing I don’t like about it is that they pass your information to agents to contact you and if you have agreed to sign with them my understanding is they take a percentage from the agent upon sale. I suppose the agents are agreeable to this because they use the referrals, and detrimental to us as it leaves less chance of negotiating a smaller commission.
Probably my fault for
1. Not going with my gut feeling.
2. Not checking other available information
