I Had never heard off open agent and the agent they recommended for me to use is getting me an extra $55000 for my house ..they were polite and courteous

Choosing an agent
The list of agents was very helpful! But I only chose 3 to invite to my house and had 2 harass me that I did not choose from your list of tick your boxes !
