Shady business dealings
Customer service told me my order had shipped on April 7th but I never received an email with a tracking number or confirmation it has shipped. I had to message several times over the course of a week for the tracking details and finally got given one. However it shows no tracking data at all other than the courier being notified about it. It’s been nearly 2 weeks now since I ordered and I’m starting to believe i’ve been scammed as they have outright lied to me about having shipped the item and the tracking number seems fake as the label was only created a couple of days ago but it still hasn’t been picked up by the courier. Would 100% avoid this company

As advised, we can process a return for change of mind provided the item is unused and returned in original condition.

Audi Door Lights
Prior to ordering door lights for my Audi A7, I wrote to tech support to ensure the lights would fit. The support person seemed very knowledgeable and responded quickly to my emails. Received the door lights a few days ago. It took about 10 minutes to install and they look great! Seems like a solid product. Would definitely recommend Open Throttle.

Great addition on my m3
Picked up a set of door light for my new g80 m3. Fairly quick service given the fact that they were shipped from abroad. Installation was a breeze. Much brighter than the stock units with beautiful bright colors!

Rubbish service
Edit following response from OT. Their response is a complete fabrication. I responded to their request on the day I received it and I instigated the refund through a PayPal complaint. Full email trail to prove it. More evidence of how dodgy this company is.

I'm assuming they just drop ship, so save your money and buy it direct from AliExpress.
I waited a week after ordering puddle lights before first contacting for an update. I was responded to the next day telling me they were waiting for me to confirm the model of my car...ummm, it's in the order, but ok. I provided that and was told that 'the warehouse would get on it right away.'
Another week goes by with no indication that anything is shipped, so I contact again. (In the meantime I have received no less than 4 emails with discount codes for my next purchase 🤣 ). No reply in 2 days, so I contact again. Still no reply, so I log a case with PayPal. PayPal didn't even question the issue and just refunded my money instantly... Not sure if there's a flag for this company in their system so they know how dodgy they are.
