Thank you for your feedback. It seems there’s been a mix-up, as OpinionInn is not associated with Mocogold or any related platform. We operate independently and only provide real cash payments directly to our respondents’ PayPal accounts.

Please understand that if we had any intention of withholding your earnings, we would not have paid you $368 in the first place. Our goal is to maintain transparency and fairness in all our dealings.

We always encourage our panelists to reach out to our support team first with any issues or concerns. Unfortunately, instead of contacting us, you chose to share a review that misrepresents our practices. Thank you for sharing your feedback. As we mentioned in our earlier response, we do not deduct any transaction charges. The fees you see are charged by PayPal when transferring money to certain countries. Since we cannot locate your account under the name "Bulles," we recommend you send us your OpinionInn name or email us at support@opinioninn.com. Unfortunately, we cannot locate any account with the name you provided, and we have not received a response to our request for more information aswell from your end. So to provide some clarity, here is an overview of our incentive processing cycle:

We have recently (from May-2024) changed our disbursement ETA from 48 hours to 7 days. While most disbursements are processed much sooner, we have set the ETA to 7 days to accommodate periods of high demand and to conduct additional checks. These checks ensure that incentives are delivered accurately and securely to our respondents.

We hope this helps explain the changes and reassure you of our commitment to timely and accurate disbursements. If you have any further questions or if you can provide more details about your account, please do not hesitate to contact us at your earliest convenience.
