This website is the best survey ever, but there's something strange lately.
I appreciate the generous rewards you offer for surveys, and I wouldn't consider leaving a negative review because your platform provides a valuable opportunity to earn significant income. It allows me to effectively earn meaningful amounts without dedicating weeks to doing so.
However, I have a question regarding my November 2023 incentives. I haven't received an update on several of them, and based on past experience, incentives are normally reviewed within 45 days. Could you please provide an update on the status of these outstanding incentives?

Support just doesn't work. No one to read emails.
It's okay that there are no surveys for my country. OK! The world is big!
But the support just doesn't work. I'm already on the third email asking me to cancel my registration.
Why isn't there this option in the profile? It would be so much simpler and easier! I would just have to press a button and not chase support and spread bad reviews on the internet.
