I have bought teaching assistant level 3 course. I need some help. I have send them email few times but no reply. Also I called them so many times they don't answer the call. Looks like I have been scammed. I really don't know what to do. Very disappointed 😞

I completed my course never got my pdf certificate instead oplex tell me I completed under different email and sent the certificate there, but that is impossible as I have one email but still the refuse send my certificate or refund me I wasted my time completing the course I passed but can't prove it as no certificate so I feel I've been scammed. I even attached in email evidence that the email they reply to shows my course passes very disappointing

The courses are great but it would be even better if there was downloadable info to keep for reference.

It expires after 1 year, which they don't tell you and you have to pay to extend

Recently completed Oplex's health and social care level 3 course, BSL Level 1 and just starting the NLP training. Really good courses, very informative and well paced. Suitable for working on mobile in landscape. Recommended.

Overall I have enjoyed the classes I have taken, though they are more beginners level classes. That being said some of the material is very outdated. I just completed the "Challeging Behavior in youg people" course. The material presented on REACTIVE ATTACHMENT DISORDER was so incorrect. They stated that, RAD is not a serious disorder when in fact it's one of the worst attachment disorders a child can suffer from. I was very disappointed in the class material presented. I also have to say its very difficult to have anyone "contact you". I've sent an email just yesterday and no response. I've paid quite a bit of money for my courses. They need to provide a better way for students to communicate with the staff. All this to say, I would recommend them, but I would also caution some classes are outdated and the material needs to be updated and is not always accurate.

The experience is great. and the course is resourcesful and educational.

The matter is I have troubles with the access to the course I have purchased! The login details are not displayed in the email you have sent, so I still can’t log in and start studying! I have sent two emails asking for assistance and help, but still I have no answer and my problem is not solved! I am anxious and frustrated about the fact!

The fact I have just finished the Speech and Language course and then decided to google reviews says it all!
Basically it all looked very promising and there were some really helpful elements to the course but as it progressed it repeated itself and I mean duplicated slides, at first I thought I had gone back to a module but no just repeating slides. There were many typos and punctuation mistakes (full long paragraphs without a full stop) which made it hard to understand some of the information. It also told me about PECs but that was all, it also didn’t fully explain how to use PECs as obviously it isnt a PECs training provider. At the end of the modules I had to complete the final test of 50 questions in 60 minutes and after completion and reviewing my answers there was only 25. At this point I wondered if my course was actually legit as it had so many flaws 🙈. As a teacher who’s new class has 3 children who do not communicate it hasnt given me much help in terms on supporting them. Probably helpful to someone who has left school and interested in working in a school.

Course well laid out I did custom service 2&3 over 100hrs I think it was but it was too easy did both in 4hrs including course work distinctions in both either make it more difficult and lock course work out and then do the test so no one can go back and look or leave it as is and make everyone lousy customer service agents in future.

After one year, Oplex Careers students will have no access to their course material. That they cannot go back to review their course material after paying the course fee is what I dislike about Oplex Careers. If you want to review your course material, you need to purchase another one-year access for 9.99 British pounds. Even when I tried purchasing a course extension for a certain course, that course does not even show up on that purchase page.
