Oplex Careers Avis 

The fact I have just finished the Speech and Language course and then decided to google reviews says it all!
Basically it all looked very promising and there were some really helpful elements to the course but as it progressed it repeated itself and I mean duplicated slides, at first I thought I had gone back to a module but no just repeating slides. There were many typos and punctuation mistakes (full long paragraphs without a full stop) which made it hard to understand some of the information. It also told me about PECs but that was all, it also didn’t fully explain how to use PECs as obviously it isnt a PECs training provider. At the end of the modules I had to complete the final test of 50 questions in 60 minutes and after completion and reviewing my answers there was only 25. At this point I wondered if my course was actually legit as it had so many flaws 🙈. As a teacher who’s new class has 3 children who do not communicate it hasnt given me much help in terms on supporting them. Probably helpful to someone who has left school and interested in working in a school.

Course well laid out I did custom service 2&3 over 100hrs I think it was but it was too easy did both in 4hrs including course work distinctions in both either make it more difficult and lock course work out and then do the test so no one can go back and look or leave it as is and make everyone lousy customer service agents in future.

After one year, Oplex Careers students will have no access to their course material. That they cannot go back to review their course material after paying the course fee is what I dislike about Oplex Careers. If you want to review your course material, you need to purchase another one-year access for 9.99 British pounds. Even when I tried purchasing a course extension for a certain course, that course does not even show up on that purchase page.

Really good for great course

The course was interesting and informative but I wasn’t able to complete the assessment - tried to contact numerous times but oplex didn’t respond. Unfortunately therefore I would say it’s a waste of money.

coukd not log in to my account and the Staff were not helpful.your staff need to have customer service training.

Very good courses, the only slight criticisms I would give is 1. They don't do enough law courses and they never change them plus they don't do diploma courses which is a pity. Otherwise though a great place to learn new skills or increase your knowledge in whatever you are qualified in

Fair price and great courses

Very bad. I paid without getting the login url or username for d past 24 hours. This is really bad,am so disappointed in you guys. This is gonna be my last time purchasing of getting any course from you ever again.

I find that the course I did was full of things I didn't know and I've had dogs for years. I only did the course as my dog groomer for 10 years retired and it was very hard to find someone else that I trusted as my wee dog is nervous and at a price that I could afford so I decided to do a dog grooming course but I enjoyed it so much that I could still do all the things I have to do
( walk dogs 4 of them) Which was so relaxing that I could do a hour here and maybe two hours later on in the day. So now I ve passed the last exam I had decided to do the advance dog grooming course 🙂😺

Good pricing system and easy to navigate application and process.

Nobody answers the phone when there is problems, no one replies to emails for confirmation, in fact I'm not sure there is anyone there at all, I'm starting to think this is a scam, if it's not I need someone to phone me on 07957552129 ASAP

I bought a course from this company iv phoned and emailed on a number occasions no answer to either I feel this company is fraudulent and would never advise anyone to buy a course from this company

I purchased courses Payroll Level 2 and Level 3. OMG the courses are obsolete and outdated!! Laws, legislations, rules, NI rates and thresholds, everything is dated 2015. But we are in 2024 and everything has changed since then!!! Non-existing customer service. They don't respond to any queries. I emailed them and even contacted them on social media. No response, even though I am enquiring my certificate for which I paid £10. The course for Payroll was such a crap, 99% copy-pasted from HRMC website, but with a very poor formatting where you are sometimes not sure whether the next page of the slide is still continuing text from the slide before (or whether it is a new topic), and that's because the whole slides are bullet pointed, how it was just copy-pasted in a hurry. End of module test, which is supposed to consolidate your learning: 5 easy questions with yes/no choice. Absolutely does not consolidate any learning!! There is a mistake so it marked my correct answer as "wrong", spoiling my score. The final quiz/test, again just yes/no choice answers, even an idiot would pass it as there is a mock test before that which contains all questions (and answers) for the real test. Waste of time. Just read the Booklet for Employers on HMRC website and its's the same, just with up to date information and FREE.
