Best Service and quality
The situation was quite urgent, Specsavers wait time was 2-4 weeks due to Covid delays, fortunately we came in contact of Supriya who helped us providing glasses exactly as per prescription just within 24hrs.
The price was at par with market and so was the quality of product.
We highly recommend them on grounds of service, quality and conduct.

I sent off 4 pairs of glasses to get updated prescription lenses. I was kept informed every step of the way and received them back within a week of them receiving the glasses. I will use them again if my prescription changes in the future
Considering the covid-19 virus
Considering the covid-19 virus, & the differculty with manufacturing & receiving products, I think this company did very well, it went way over a month, but I informed the whole way through but the lovely “Joy” and offered apologies along the way, with a full refund at all times, I received my sunglasses in the post today, I’m very happy with them, the cost was well below half from a retail shop! This my third pair from this company.
Save your time, money and energy
Terrible service, took 2 months to receive my glasses and the lens are curved so when wearing them my vision is warped. Waste of time, energy and money!

Buyer beware! This place is a joke. If you order anything other than 24 hour rush, be prepared to wait over 2 weeks.
Caution - the only galsses that they can deliver is standard 24hour orders, everything else is 'speciality lenses, they are being checked by our quality control team - but every singe one is a lie. I ordered glasses for my son, 14 days later we still have no glasses. They lied multiple times about how long it would take, they used every excuse. 'Oh we are waiting for your specialty lenses' ... 'They will be shipped in 1-2 days' .... each day different version of the same excuse.
There is no way that anything other than express 24 hour glasses are made in Syndey!
Absolute and total misleading advertising - never buy anything from here.
HIDEOUS COMPANY
One star because I can't leave none! Hideous company. I ordered my prescription lenses with transitions. What arrived eventually was a pair of sunglasses (but I had been charged the fee for transitions) with the thickest lenses in the cheapest frames you've ever seen! Many almost illiterate emails later I asked them to honour their, "If you are not delighted with your glasses you get your money back" I had to go though Paypal to get it.
Long delays and offshore outsourcing of perscriptions
I've run into many issues receiving my glasses. I ordered them three weeks ago, with them notifying that the item had shipped on Monday this week. Turns out they don't dispatch from their NSW warehouse, and outsource prescriptions from overseas. I haven't had glasses for a month because mine were stolen when mistaken for sunglasses in case. I wish they had been more transparent with where the glasses were coming from, because I would have gone somewhere else to have my prescription filled sooner. Customer service has been vague and unhelpful. They say 14 days on their website, expect at least a month and only order if you're not in immediate need.
Poor communication & lenses
No progress or delivery updates as promised. Phone is either not answered or messages not returned. Promises to 'get back to you with that information' never fulfilled. Website says '7 day turnaround' then they say 'multifocals can take 7 to 10 working days' however after almost a month and many phone calls and emails to them I finally opened a PayPal dispute and lo and behold they arrived within the following week. Unfortunately not only are the lenses not particularly clear, the prescription makeup is incorrect and the view has no 'mid-distance' i.e. they go straight from close up to distance view rendering them useless for shopping, cooking, driving (instruments) etc. As I've had many multi-focals made over the years, I know how they should be, and this is not it. So frustrating! And actually, not particularly cheap. Optically might be okay for single vision lenses, but I kind of doubt it. Might just go to Specsavers next time – I compared these new glasses with an old pair from Specsavers and the Specsavers ones are definitely superior. My advice? Steer clear!
Watch out. Hidden charges. Slow. Poor Communication
Want to add extra charges after I provided my prescription paid and sent my glasses. They then write asking for extra payment??
I emailed that I would not pay the extra So they dropped that. Maybe some people just pay the additional charge? Chat on website doesn't work.
Call center eventually sorted it out. Glass reglaze about 6 weeks, $100, some frustration.
I suspect the super positive reviews here are fake.

Prescription sunglasses ordered 6 July & required by 25 August to travel overseas. Glasses received after 2 weeks with wrong lense colour. Replacement glasses received with damaged frames to late at end of August. After many unanswered emails, I received an offer to forward replacement frames - 1 month ago. I have not received the replacement frames, the lenses are of low quality & the prescription is incorrect.
I have requested a full refund & am getting no response to my emails at all.
At best, response to previous emails was extremely slow & only occurred after persistent contact, however they will not respond at all now.
I strongly advise not to deal with this company!

Refuse to communicate!
I ordered a pair of reading glasses online which was straightforward. I never received a confirmation email or any communication from this company. Weeks later they were delivered with no paperwork. Although I love the glasses they are not for reading and I need a refund/replacement! I’ve emailed them twice and they’ve completely ignored me. I have no choice but to raise a dispute with my credit card co. Maybe then they will speak to me. Terrible experience would not use them!
Better value than the big stores
In the past they have been mostly efficient, and well priced. I will continue using them.
