Great Product + Great Support
Just wanted to give a quick review to anyone interested in OptinMonster.
It’s a great product with tons of customizability and features. Literally more options than you can try out. Diverse triggering abilities and easy integration with other platforms or webhooks.
In addition, the customer support is top notch! (literally never had better, shoutout to Mustafa who has helped me countless times)

I switched from SleekNote platform to…
I switched from SleekNote platform to OptinMonster last week for my client's pop up campaign. I am thrilled with the capabilities of OptinMonster. I worked with the VIP option of OptinMonster and created my first campaign. I can report it is a success, the support team is excellent, knowledgable, easy to work with. User friendly and easy to use
Optin Monster is the perfect platform to create an email list. Everything is very user friendly and easy to use. Support is also very great as they helped set my first popup for free.

Industry Leading Customer Support
We very rarely need support, but when we do, it always exceeds expectations. We took advantage recently of a free legacy campaign migration. Not only did they perform the migration in under 24 hours, but they created a very in depth, helpful video showing what they did, how to self help in the future, and where to find the new campaigns. Amazing!

Nasty Unwanted Auto Upgrade
Out of the blue I have been charged $192 without any notice, or approval on my part. They put your account to auto upgrade by default, and now I have the hassle of trying to get my money refunded. All so avoidable on their part. It's really sharp business practise. OptinMonster folks - don't bother with a reply full of excuses - just refund the $192 without delay.

Excellent customer service!
I've had excellent experiences dealing with customer service. They were kind and helpful. I had trouble creating a popup at first, but they walked me through it and even assisted in the creation on their end! Great company, and definitely the best popup plugin I've ever used.
