Truly personable approach to car…
Truly personable approach to car finance - felt like talking to a friend about options with no bias or pressure. This has been the third car I've bought through Oracle and will continue to do so with my next. Every person I've dealt with has been friendly, easy to understand and communicate with. This is the best finance company
This is the best finance company, 10 stars out of 5 yes they are this good, Very simply process for me to get my car, got me the best finance deal and at a interest rate that not even the Mercedes Benz dealership could match. I also have to add the Mercedes Benz dealership sold me a lemon and Oracle was having none of it! I called them to tell them I was having issues with the dealership and they told me to take it back to them and got back all my money. Max, Alice, Harry, Jacob, and the rest of the team are amazing. I bought my car to use not only as my family car but also to use as a TFL PCO driver and when I done the math's it worked out so much cheaper than renting or lease agreements available and the car was mine at the end of the day. I will be using Oracle next year when I upgrade my car from EXEC to LUX and Max also made sure that there was no early repayments penalties as I plan on keeping my EQE and not part exchanging when I upgrade so I could settle the finance in full with no issues at all. Don't waste your time with other finance companies who put all the interest on top as soon as you sign the agreement but work with a company that you are only charged interest for the time you have the agreement.

Professional informative lending
What makes oracle stand out. There knowledge never mind throwing your name into a database wasting time looking for a lender that might accept your proposal, tell them what you want and they know(Gareth) specifically where to apply to get you accepted and at the best deal possible, makes financing a car child’s play. Having many conversations along the way to make sure you know what is happening and the time frames they are working to, the end result comes quicker than you think and you have been informed of all processes tight up to completion. Thanks again guys great service, especially to Gareth and Izzy .

In Just under two weeks, Dylan from oracle sourced and sent me multiple cars I could look at all within my specifications. Told me the ins and outs of each policy type and after I’d selected the vehicle I’d like, he came back to me with a very good finance package that met my needs and even contacted the dealership to secure my car. All hurdles I was helped over with Dylan’s help and I’m now happily cruising in my new car! Top notch service that feels (and is) extremely professional all the way through. Alfie was the man!
Had some issues with securing my finance because of my own LTD company. Alfie was helpful the whole way through the deal. I couldn't fault him enough! In the end he got me a deal with a company sadly higher APR than I wanted to pay but that's not his fault and hopefully we can resolve that at a later date.
Already recommended him to my friend who's looking for his dream car.
