I only use Oracle for my car finance. The Oracle team (Jack Lewis, Laura Ferris and Ross White) made my last purchase as straight forward and easy as possible. Always a pleasure to work with. Well what can I say , Jack Lewis has gone beyond what anyone would expect. His customer service was second to none - I text him out of hours expecting a message back in work hours and even
Out of hours he got back to me and kept me updated . Absolutely truly amazing customer service …. Mine was not the easiest application due to using my business accounts but still managed to sort everything out promptly and quickly money on my account within 1 week . Highly recommend! Shout out also to Olivia in the other department too as she was also fantastic. Can’t thank them both enough and would use again if ever required!

Had a great experience from start to finish. Tammika Samuel is an absolute gem and the best customer service/ Account executive I’ve ever spoken to. She is knowledgeable, professional, sincere, and genuinely cares about her customers.
I also dealt with Helen Bagshaw, who was extremely helpful, professional, and a pleasure to work with throughout the process.
I truly appreciate the whole team’s outstanding service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for car finance. They made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

Really poor experience with Oracle
Really poor experience with Oracle. I was a customer for many years (10+) without issue but I cannot describe how poor they were on our last car purchase. Fortunately the experience forced us to use another finance company who are excellent. Interestingly I have heard nothing from Oracle since……
