I LOVE the engagement ring I got from them. We were traveling to India and had a tight timeframe but they worked with our timelines and had the ring delivered to our hotel in Mumbai exactly when they said they would. From the get-go, communication was stellar, which made me feel much more comfortable ordering from them for the first time. I sent in an inspiration for a design and they created a CAD to help me visualize. They also suggested an alternative gem because the one I wanted was too fragile. They kept me updated throughout the entire process. I received the ring well in advance of the anticipated date, and it looks amazing! I would 100% order from them again.

I ´m very happy with my ring - with it´s minimalistic elegance in the design and the mesmerizingly beautiful stone. It´s well made and looks and feels like a quality item.
Customer service was great, with swift, friendly and helpful communication and pictures of the finished ring for approval before delivery.
Once the production of the ring was done delivery was pretty fast, and it arrived in the most adorable little soft pink velvet box.
So I ´m really happy with my purchase from Orbion and would gladly return, and recommend them to others!

These earrings are completely amazing.. beautiful clear sparkly stones. You will be amazed by the sparkle. Hard to capture in a photo.. do not hesitate to order.. you will be overjoyed. Packaging is fabulous.. with a personalised card.

I'm sooo obsessed with it! It looks exactly as pictured and the owner was so sweet whenever I sent them a message saying I accidentally placed my order with the wrong size! They messaged me back the next day even though they were on vacation (!!!) and said it was nbd and they'll get it updated 🥲 I paid the extra $ for express shipping so I could make sure to have it before my company's Christmas party the first week of December, and when I asked about it they ensured it would get to me by then. I was so excited when it arrived even earlier than that and I got to wear it to the in-laws for Thanksgiving! Highly recommend checking them out if you're on the fence about it!! 🩷
