I ordered a custom wedding ring set from Orbison and it turned out so beautifully. The craftsmanship is amazing and it’s definitely worth the price. Soniya was very communicative and answered all my questions I had. The process was very easy and I got sent videos of my ring before they shipped it to make sure it was what I wanted. I would 100 percent shop at this store again and I highly recommend them to anyone that’s looking! You won’t be disappointed.

They have excellent customer service and are always quick to respond. They consistently sent pictures and updates to get my approval with each step of making the ring. The ring is absolutely gorgeous and very well-made! I would definitely recommend this shop!

I am absolutely thrilled with my engagement ring and had such a wonderful experience ordering from Orbion Jewels. Kunal was so thoughtful in his communication throughout the whole process. He was very professional and thorough with his questions, sent me mockups and then final photos before sending the final product. I felt he really cared that I was getting exactly what I wanted. It can be a bit worrying ordering something so precious online, but once we started talking, I felt confident in my decision. Their customer service is the best! I ordered a custom engagement ring and they were extremely patient and detailed when iterating on the design with my (many) comments. I'm so happy with how the ring came out and the packaging was also fantastic - the brown box that the ring came in was very sturdy and the ring box itself was fuzzy and felt luxurious to the touch.

Soniya helped me design a custom pear shaped pendant. They specifically cut the moissanite stone to match the design I wanted. They confirmed the design every step of the way with pictures and videos before shipping it out. Highly recommend the Orbion team! I would order from them again in the future :)

I found Orbion through word of mouth on Reddit and discovered their reputation for excellent craftsmanship, quality, and customer service. I ordered a 2.5ct. OMC lab diamond ring and it came out better than I expected. Kunal and Soniya are friendly, kind, and clear communicators that made me feel reassured through the whole process. The shipping and tracking was on time. Also, I didn't know how much to expect, but when you buy from oversees, you will need to pay some extra $$ for VAT/import taxes. My ring was an additional $315, so keep in mind of this when you purchase. Overall, I highly recommend Orbion to all the antique stone lovers out there!

Kunal and team provided amazing customer service, very quick response times which is impressive considering the time difference between USA and India. I did a custom order and they nailed any tweaks I requested to the design. I wanted an old mine cushion lab diamond but I rarely see a lab OMC that looks like an actual antique, it’s usually obvious that it’s a modern cut. However, Orbion’s OMC cut is indistinguishable from an actual antique. The 18k gold is stunning. It’s been about 6 months since my engagement and I wear the ring everyday. The craftsmanship is incredible, all of the prongs are perfectly placed and tight on the stone, even now. The ring box included in the packaging was beautiful. From the customer service to the craftsmanship and presentation, the experience felt like working with a skilled, local jeweler. I will definitely order from them again in the future.

I had a really great experience ordering from Orbion, I ordered both my engagement ring and my wedding ring from there. Kunal was so friendly and the response times were really fast. I ordered the fast shipping option too and it shipped to Germany from India way quicker than I had thought. I can recommend them 100%!
