Katherine Gave me the best services for my flight , really loved her service and her work ethic

Muy buen servicio

Steve patiently helped me through a very difficult booking situation. I am very pleased with the entire transaction. Thank you Steve!
UPDATE: complete scam, pretended to be Air France

He was very knowledgeable. He took care of my problem efficiently and with care.

Many steps are needed when I book a flight. I found my server, Leo, to be such a tremendous help. He patiently went step by step while each time checking the facts many times to be sure he got the correct information. Any questions I asked were answered in a clear friendly style. Any special considerations I had he listened to understand them and then went ahead an added in on my ticket information. It was a pleasure all the way through. Thank you so much Leo
----Maureen Moss

When I called your office I spoke with a wonderful person named Ramsey who assisted me greatly and had such patients with me while I was trying to send the photo required. My network was giving trouble and it took several goes to send the photo but Ramsey stayed with me all the time and I was so grateful to get it all sorted.
Next time I require assistance I will certainly be looking for this wonderful, patient and kind person named Ramsey

Had an excelent atención. Manuel is a nice kind person willing to help. He solve my problem fast. I'll give him a 100% rate.

Steve is now my new Best friend , he worked me, he believe when I didn't have. Thank Steve for your time, effort, patience and kindness . May travel with you.

David helped me with my refund. He is so professional.

This young man Ramsey was beyond outstanding.
Myself and 2 coworkers had a flight that went thru Chicago and due to weather had to be changed
Ramsey was professional, thoughtful and worked tirelessly to assist with flight changes
He remained calm and concerned thru out the process and should be commended over and over for his outstanding work and efforts
After this expierience I will be singing his praises to all my family and friends
I hope this review finds its way to his supervisors so he can be highly recognized for his GREAT WORK !!

If I could give zero stars I would. I thought I was calling the Expedia customer service. They lied to me from the start of the conversation. They lied about flights, they lied about cost and what I would be charged for. When I finally received the bill they had charged me $350 over what Expedia and or Delta was charging for my other 2 tickets. The base price for the tick was the same BUT they charged $530 dollars in taxes and fees while Expedia/Delta only charged about $170 in taxes and fees and that included trip insurance. WORST TRAVEL COMPANY I have used ever.

Joey was very helpful with using my flight credit on January 2 so I could fly to see my sister for her birthday at the end of the month. The flight was booking fast and the price was rising, but Joey got me taken care of quickly and I am very happy. My husband was listening too because of speaker phone and he was impressed.

I spent almost three hours on phone with airlines and several agencies and everyone refused to assist me. I was transferred to Hannah who listened to my concerns and offered to make my changes for a fee. It was imperative that I get home tomorrow on an earlier flight and she was able to make that happen .Her patience and amazing customer service skills need to be rewarded . She was understanding and empathetic and I can’t thank her enough for her help in my time of need. Please recognize what a wonderful employee she is. Thank you Hannah!!!!!

I had a hard time with my phone but Maira walked me through it. She was very patient and helpful.
