Booked first time from here very disappointed on how they change the travel itiniary from a glitch on their app. Booked for 9 hour layover and the app refreshes itself just at the payment time and turns into 25 hours layover after final booking payment done.

Advertised for checked baggage going…
Advertised for checked baggage going and return, only to see the flight booked was only a Lite fare on the offical airline. When contacted, they originally were going to charge me the full amount. It took my fighting and they still only covered half. I should have been compensated for the both bags.

My booking stated that I had baggage included but when I checked in the baggage hadn’t been included with the airline like it was supposed to and the airline made me pay $120 on top of my ticket price because they said orient hadn’t approved my baggage for my flight on their end. I tried to email them about this and haven’t received a response.

Dishonest service provider
Dishonest service provider. I had literally entered my phone number minutes before receiving a call informing me the ticket I was trying to book was "sold out" and if I wanted to catch the same flight it would be $500 more.
I just let him know I could book through Aunt Betty for only $200 more than their original advertised price and wasn't interested in the higher fee. Avoid.
