Encontré una tarifa baja de Best Price Travel a través de KAYAK e intenté reservarla y pagar el precio anunciado. La reserva no fue confirmada a ese precio y luego me ofrecieron el mismo vuelo por un importe mayor.

Es una experiencia muy frustrante: el precio que atrae al cliente no terminó siendo el precio disponible al momento de emitir. Recomiendo tener mucha cautela y confirmar por escrito que el vuelo está emitido antes de hacer otros planes. perdida de tiempo

Anna from Best Price Travel was very helpful in booking my flight. She was very kind and polite, and responded promptly to my queries.

Worst experience in 35 years of travel and booking online. Booked the flights and immediately received an email stating booking is not confirmed. Contacted the useless pricks who said I could keep the booking for $500 extra on a just under $2000 ticket. Went with another service who charged a few dollars more than this useless mob.

I booked my flight from Brisbane to Dubai in July 2025. I was so looking forward to my holiday. But coz of the war in middle East. My flight was cancelled. I still haven’t received my refund. Telling me 10 to 14 weeks. When I called them they told they haven’t received the funds from Emirates airline. Now they refused to answer my call or my email.. I called them last week and they told me the refund team is not available now. They’ll be available after 2:30pm. I have contacted my bank and if they can’t help me get my refund and I contact the state consumer protection agency. Hopefully will get my money. It’s nearly 6 months now.

give me the wrong ticket which couldnt be used at the airport and refused to refund. what a cheating agent!

They have had my money for almost 7-8 months. I only rec’vd 1 offer and there was no availability. So I waited another month + to call them again. 1st call on hold for ten minutes, someone picked up and then hung up on me before there could be any conversation. Not even hello! I called back I’m still waiting for someone to pick up and right now it’s been 21 minutes. Also you DON’T get your money back or any portion of it. That was not what I was told when we began dealing with them. Also RCI says they can’t do what they say, it’s against our contracts with them so we’re out $1,800. Please don’t deal with them. 🙏 please. You can’t give a negative Star or I would have.

Absolutely a shocking travel agent! My first experience with them was good. Thereafter it all fell apart! The staff you speak to over the phone promises to look into any pending issues but never action them even after over multiple telephone calls and messages. They are quick to take your money but totally neglect the service you paid for. I recently had to change a flight and paid the fare difference. Two weeks on and nothing has happened. When I called the travel agent they said it has been actioned. That was a week ago. I contacted directly the airline concerned and the said my flight has not been changed. This is one travel agent that people should avoid dealing with.

Im very disappointed with Amy. I still havent received my refund since February. Its now July. Its either they ignore my calls/ hang up on me/ lie. Its not fair to take peoples money and make them feel like they’re bothering you when they ask back for it. I didnt cancel the flight Qatar did and they still want to take $200. They told me l will receive the refund a certain week and added 2 more weeks. Im really really disappointed

Beware! This company is a borderline scammer. After placing my booking for overseas flights I was contacted to say all those cheap seats had been sold. I was offered the same flights at a higher price. I checked with the airline involved and they still had seats available at the same price. After many (20+) calls I was shunted from person to person without resolution. The tickets were eventually issued only to be cancelled 2 days later. After many more calls and contact with the airline the tickets were finally confirmed. It seems this upselling scam is fairly common. The company repeatedly failed to return my calls and management was always busy or away from work that day. I was offered a refund which would take 6 weeks and be charged $600 administration fee. Beware of Best Price Travel. I wish I had read some reviews before I booked. They have a phone number in Sydney but I think it is directed overseas.

Avoid at all cost.

Booked a ticket to Japan at Nov 2025. Turned out the ticket was cancelled and they recommend to have another lower tiered airline which we did not prefer. Asked for a refund and it took 2 months and I have to rang them everyday to ask for progress.

Booked leg room seats and paid extra money on an international flight only to get to check in and no seats confirmed or available. Surprise....no response when I have contacted the company on several occasions. Fair trading needs to get involved.

They don't have the flight tickets they advertise. Went through the whole booking process to be left with an error screen saying booking was unsuccessful due to a ticket availability issue. I was able to book the same flights for a few dollars more on a different site minutes later, so the fare class was definitely available.
You then receive an email with classic pressure tactic sales and an unsolicited phone call.
I can't figure out why some businesses refuse to conduct themselves in an honest manner.

If you have experienced similar issues with Bestprice Travel company, you may wish to report the matter to Scamwatch, the ACCC, or your state consumer protection agency.

On multiple occasions, the website displayed what appeared to be the best available fare, along with a countdown timer creating a sense of urgency to complete the booking. After completing the booking process, I was informed that the seats were no longer available and that the booking could not be confirmed.

What concerned me most was that shortly afterward, customer service contacted us and offered tickets for the same journey at a significantly higher price. This has happened to me and members of my family several times.

While I understand that genuine availability issues can occur, the repeated pattern of advertising a lower fare, rejecting the booking, and then offering a more expensive option feels misleading and has seriously reduced my trust in this company.

I would not recommend this website based on my experience and would encourage other customers to carefully review all fare conditions before booking.

Why are there no negative stars? One star is too much. Zero stars is too much. These are literally THE WORST OF THE WORST. I am usually very tolerant to travel agencies misbehaving - I totally understand it is a tough business with not that much space left. However, what these guys are doing is just beyond any scale of incompetence and fraudulence. I had two bookings for the same date and same flight for two persons, booked at two different travel agents. The first one immediately notified about the refund which has been processed within less than a day. bestpricetravel decided to play long game with it and charge exorbitant fees for the booking cancelled by airline. Now, 3 months after the cancellation no refund (they promised 8-10 weeks though), they are dropping the phone, not replying my emails, if replying, telling "maybe tomorrow or next week". STAY AWAY FROM THEM - if you don't want to get to the same situation. The ticket was $2600, so it is not a small amount.
Agent Zara is especially useless.

Mr. Harry in Best price travel was very helpful when I was try to get air tickets to go overseas for a family emergency. He is trustworthy and I got the best price for my air tickets. I can not recommend him enough to someone purchasing any air tickets. Harry please keep up our good work.

Jodie helped me to buy tickets and great service though there was a gap of contact with her. But overall experience was good. She did what was supposed to do and ultimately I got air tickets. So now I am awaiting tickets to be appeared on Singapore airlines website to double check as some of the feedbacks are not positive. But however Jodie helped me to buy tickets by going extra mile. Beware! They exclude check in bags in headline pricing so they appear cheaper. When in fact they are more expensive. When you add in the $350 for 2 checked bags they are more expensive than others.

As most other reviews say, you book it and then it tells you to call them (Read below). I called and he wanted to add $150 to the price. I told him forget it, then questioned what the website does with my information. His response was so rude and made a remark along the lines of "What do you think will happen", clearly not a company for customer service, but to rip people off and set them up. Requested to speak to a supervisor or manager he said no one is in. I asked for a call back and he said someone will call me tomorrow. Will wait and see if they do.

The website displayed a very attractive price, but after entering all my personal and payment details, the booking was declined and I was asked to contact customer service. When I contacted them, they said the price had already been updated everywhere and was no longer available.
However, I was able to book the same service on other websites for a cheaper price without any issues. If the price has changed, customers should be informed before asking them to enter all their details. This experience was frustrating and misleading.
