My experience with organic wellnesses has been the worst experience I've ever had with such a business. There were a number of minor technical glitches l, which I didn't mind particularl, but when they didn't honor their offer of free shipping over $50, it's become more serious. They stated very clearly that you get free shipping over $50 and my order qualifies, but they won't give me the free shipping, citing some sort of guideline that's not visible to anybody and ignoring the clear statement about free shipping. They will not cancel the order. I instructed them to do that two times but they insist on sending me the order and charging my card. So I will refuse the order and contact my lawyer to see about legal action. Let this be a warning to anybody who deals with them.
Update: the company relented and has cancelled the order and issued a refund.

Contrary to what I've read regarding the reviews about delivery and packaging my order was delivered within 10 days of placing the order and the package was immaculate.

Do not waste your time or money! It takes a month for the company to even ship the order. Communication is horrible. Go with well known companies. You will be waiting forever. I still haven't received my items.

First of all, you wouldn't be able to see any leakage—the boxes are white, and the bottles are brown, so it's impossible to notice any liquid unless it's poured out. I don't find this situation amusing at all. The manufacturing date is from a year ago, which may be acceptable to you, but it's definitely not to me.

Don’t worry about it—I’ll leave my review. You can keep the $23.00; apparently, you need it more than I do. But $23.00 for this? Unbelievable.

Buyer beware! I ordered 2 items online from this company and both items /orders were cancelled and I was never credited for the items - 9 months later I’m still trying to get refunded almost $150 for items they cancelled and never shipped!!! If I get refunded I will update this review!

Updated as of 9/2/2025 - I see others have gotten scammed - after several attempts to get a credit I am still out $150 for the items THEY CANCELLED AND NEVER SHIPPED - now trying to dispute with credit card company after giving them ample time to credit me DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN!!!!

Worst people i ever dealt with.
Regardless of paying for expedite shipping today its 7th day and the order is not shipped. SCAM don't buy anything from their online store.

I ordered from this website twice. First order was shipped in 3 weeks. Their standard shipping time is 6 to 8 business days. I order my second one on March 2nd. Today is March 29th. Shipping label was created a week ago and the product is not shipped yet. I may have been scammed. I will not buy from this site again. I called the number listed on their website and it goes directly to voice mail.

Don’t order anything from this website. Only wasted my time and made me mad. Not recieved mu product after a month, this website should marked as FAKE OR TRASH.

This company takes FOREVER to ship out their products. I’ve ordered different products from them on three separate occasions and it takes over 2 weeks for them to even create a shipping label. Buy from this company if you’re not in a rush. But if you want your product fast, I would go with a different website.

Excellent Service and Quality Products! The package arrived intact, and even the glass bottles were well-protected—no leaks or breakage. The product itself worked effectively for me, and I’m happy with the results.

I found great prices for ayurvedic products. I have ordered them on December 23rd and received them January 13th. I was worried because I didn't receive a confirmation email or shipping notification, and I doubted they weren't a real company. I have received the products I had ordered well packaged, in great condition. So thank you, and for the future I hope to receive some kind of confirmation or update from them!

I almost wrote a negative review in the past days because I didn't receive any updates so I didn't know what to think or expect. The negative reviews about this website: did you update your review after you received your package?

UPDATE- Since submitting this review I have received numerous emails apologizing for the failure to deliver and telling me that my money will be refunded. It is now Jan. 21, more than a month from my original order BUT GOOD NEWS! Today my order (finally) arrived! The refund hasn't but I no longer care. I don't doubt the refund will arrive eventually, too. The apologies seemed very sincere.
Bottom line - I wasn't ripped off. They came through, albeit not without aggravation.
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them.
I have been waiting 2 weeks and still haven't received my order.
Here's a clue that they are phonies, their name is OrganicWellnesses. The legit company is OrganicWellness. Subtle, but enough to fool me.

It took them 18 days to ship my order, but their prices are lower, so it was worth it. It had to ship from overseas. No complaints.

This company claims to have mailed my purchase to the wrong address, wrong state, wrong person and then wouldn’t refund money. First they sent email after email (3) showing the shipping label with all wrong information as proof they sent product. That isn’t proof, it’s just a shipping label. They did not respond despite me repeatedly informing them all of it was wrong, they just kept sending those labels over and over. Eventually they did answer with an email apologizing and said they had initiated a refund. Great! Mistakes happen, no problem, I thought…

But they did not initiate a refund. So I started a chargeback, luckily I used Apple Pay. Next Organicwelnesses.com denied offering a refund entirely (I have email) but offered a 50% refund instead of a full refund for something I never got. Why would I accept that? They wanted me to stop the chargeback. Obviously, since they have lied about everything so far, I refused. Plus I would be unable to restart chargeback. Finally, out of nowhere the product arrived, soaking wet, nearly half empty and 5 days after alleged refund started. It ruined my mail and, seriously, why would I want anything to do with them now?

So, they took my money, didn’t send product, offered 50% refund, eventually sent a faulty product, and finally denied it all. Also their phone doesn’t take messages & no one has ever answered. Of course I have an amazing paper trail and have reported them to the FTC, BBB and the Texas AG. And that’s just for starters…

Fake shipping receipt to wrong address in wrong state to a likely fake person. My credit card company had initiated a fraud transaction investigation. Under no circumstances should you order any and do not click on any links from them.

NO PRODUCT DELIVERED JUST USELESS EMAILS. TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT USE THIS SITE FOR ANYTHING. SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN BY THE USA FEDERAL GOV'T.

Placed order July 2nd. It's now August 5th. After two weeks I asked for a refund but they ignored my request and claimed that it will ship. Tracking link they finally provided showed no progress for weeks. Now more than a month later I've received no product. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge.
