Orient Watch Avis 6

For the price, these watches are fantastic. My preference is for the Bambino. Clean, built for purpose vintage vibes.

If I could rate this company zero I would. Please think twice about using orient watches. I ordered a £700 watch which was left on my doorstep in full view of the road, it wasn't even sent signed for. I didn't even know it had been delivered I just happened to go on the tracking to discover it had been left on my doorstep. This was back in September, I complained, they said they were escalating it, I then didn't hear back so complained again in October they said they were escalating it. I've heard nothing back at all, and it's now December. They have an appalling customer service. Please please avoid at all costs had I not gone on to see where it was my £700 watch would have been in other hands, and they aren't in the slightest bit bothered.

I purchased a Bambino watch which on the website says has a gray dial and the picture shows a light gray dial and a brownish strap but when it arrives, it’s a very dark gray dial with a very dark green strap and nobody I showed it to agrees that the picture and the actual watch look anything alike in color. You can return it, but they don’t refund any of the initial shipping nor cover any of the shipping cost back so while the watch was $347 Canadian I ended up paying $50 out of my own pocket to return it. Which is annoying because it’s their misleading false color representation.

The UK website has absolutely terrible customer service. Before purchasing I queried the strap colour as it did not state on the UK website & it wasn't clear in the pictures. I queried this twice as I kept getting the same copy & paste response with no answer to my question. I then asked when a certain watch would be back in stock & I received the exact same copy & paste email. I then called their number to be told their phone service was unavailable. Needless to say I purchased the watch I wanted from another authorised UK supplier who actually has good customer service. Shocking that this service was from the OG Orient UK website. Completely off putting. If I was purchasing for myself I'd have picked a completely different brand altogether but unfortunately it was for a gift.

The customer service agent in question is called Radwa, no doubt they aren't even a real person based on the automated responses. If anything goes wrong I dare say you'll be left in the dark if you deal with Orient UK. Dont risk it. Purchase from another authorised supplier that has better customer service.

My Orient Bambino version 7 watch is very accurate gaining approx. 2-3 seconds a day ~ I am very pleased.
I love the watch.

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT--This Watch scratched and lost paint to an EXTRAODINARY degree within 60 days. Soon thereafter, the pin popped out from not more than nominal pressure ( my dog's leash caught the strap, not anything crazy).

Worst of all, customer service said GFY in so many words. I even told them I'd be writing bad reviews and the just doubled down and said Go Pound Sand. Absolutely horrendous experience.
