Origin Avis 5

Just terminated Origin Battery Maximiser after 2 months. Their VPP hardly did anything, certainly not dispaching during the peak FIT. So what happened is that my battery would be fully charged by mid day and the rest of the day I would be exporting excess solar at 5c. Their loop vpp took full control of my battery and I was unable to dispatch when I wanted. To rub salt into the wound they now tell me that it will take 10 busines days to give me my battery back...

They offered me a discount which they never honoured only 5 dollars a month ,now I will take my internt,gas and elec somewhere else

Today I had assistance from Sahra regrding re establishing my wife and my NSW Life Support Rebate
Sahra returned my initial email promply and pointed out an omission I have not noticed
That has been corrected
Sahra was polite and very efficient in attending my request

I emailed the lifesupport team after noticing my rebate wasn’t being applied. The team responded very quickly to investigate and resolve the issue. Great work thanks Chris and Fuscia I believe it was. Apologies if incorrect spelling. Great work.

Today we phoned and spoke to Paige for help with renewing our electricity plan. She was very professional, friendly, and helped an elderly couple through the process.
